The staff. They were extremely polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. One thing I really liked was when I asked if I could get a late check out, they were very genuine in their apology, providing reasons why they can't allow a late check out. And I didn't even ask them why. It was very refreshing. Top notch staff at the front office. They deserve a raise. The room I stayed in was another that i absolutely liked. Esp the bed and the pillows. I felt like I was literally sinking into the sleep as I laid down.

My stay was rather short, so I can really say what I didn't like.

This hotel is so beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. The decor was very modern and perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is 10/10 I will highly recommend.

Hotel lobby was fabulous, room was neat and clean. Bathroom was good and room size was also good

Room gave a look of budget hotel as had open cupboards and no slippers and too much iron usuals as in cupboard and bed and side table was of iron.

Gym is not part of the hotel, not included in the offering. I had to pay extra to access the gym, and the gym opening hours are also suboptimal from a business perspective.

The hotel is not close to amenities like restaurants and convenience shops

Das Hotel ist total abgelegen. Es gibt nichts in der Nähe, wenn man ohne Auto ist. Auf der Website wird ein Fitnessraum angegeben. Vor Ort ist das jedoch ein normales Fitnessstudio mit einem Eintritt von mehr als 20 CHF.

Cozy, quiet, big room and very comfortable. It was clean. Very close to the railway station which brings you to Cornevin central station. They offered free airport shuttle. The guy was right on time early in the morning and everything was pretty smooth.

Maybe because I booked basic room but there were no fridge. Also it was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room to a comfortable one for me and outside was very cold. There was a small issue with the shower. It was pierced and water was splashing everywhere. However it wasn’t so uncomfortable.

A beautiful modern hotel which was spotlessly clean and right beside the train station giving easy access to the city

Absolutely nothing, it was a total nightmare

Excellent breakfast!! Restaurant dinner also good. Location next to train station is great.

Housekeeping did not replace coffee used or toilet paper used. Safe did not work in first room. Moved and second room bedside light flickered after a few minutes. Very uncomfortable soft mattress. In checkout they advised firmer mattress can be requested.

Beautiful property. Great room. Comfortable. Good bed & room facilities.

I found the hospitality staff to be ‘hot & cold’ in manner. I had dinner over 2 nights. The service at the bar area was ‘ iffy’ & the person serving was a bit short of temper & moody. Very little eye contact & brusque manner. Was it short- staffed? She seemed to be very busy. The restaurant has staff who are rushing & under pressure - and it feels so. All is rushed. I think your customers would prefer a more relaxed style & pace. Food was ok. Wine was good quality. Taking wine glasses from you away to refill should stop. I was not sure if my dirty glass was being returned or another. Why do that? Waiting staff could be a bit more attentive but were ok.
