Wunderschönes, komplett renoviertes, 3-stöckiges 6-Bett-Haus aus Backstein mit 3 Vollbädern, erbaut 1870. Sie finden uns in der Nähe der Innenstadt von Kansas City, MO Power & Light District, 18. und Vine Jazz District. Dieses Haus ist nur 10 Minuten vom Arrowhead & Royals Stadium entfernt. Momente zu den 70,71,29 und den 35 Autobahnen. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie 1 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein komplettes Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer sowie einen separaten Sitzbereich / zusätzlichen Ess- oder Spieltisch. Im zweiten Stock gibt es 4 schöne große Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer, Waschmaschine und Färber. Im dritten Stock betreten Sie ein offenes Familienzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer und einem weiteren Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren großen Badezimmer. Das Haus hat auch eine geschlossene Sonnenterrasse im hinteren Teil des Hauses, die zum großen, abgelegenen Garten führt. Dieses große, aber gemütliche Haus ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, um Ihren Urlaub angenehm zu gestalten.

All went well. Neighborhood made us a little nervous parking only on the street when the house had locking storm doors and exterior doors. A lot of building renovations happening and area is spotty and not fully occupied.

This was a beautifully restored historic home. There are so many bedrooms! Every child in our large family was able to have their own room. We had a great time! We also had multiple sightings of rodents, though, and mice feces on the kitchen surfaces.

I come to Kansas a few times a year for corporate church events and I usually bring with me a small group. I really enjoy staying at this home. The house is elegantly decorated and polished in style. I’ve seen the home go through quite a few upgrades overtime and you can tell the owner takes very good care of the home. I always have great communication with the host and they are always willing to accommodate any special check in request I may have. The home has three restrooms. I usually bring with me a group of 8 or more people and we never run out of hot water. I will continue to book this beautiful home when I come to Kansas.

The house was perfect for our get together of 9 adults for a long weekend. The house was quite large and bedrooms were quiet. The only thing heard would be an occasional police or EM siren. The house was close to all desired locations to visit (18th and Vine museums, World War 1 museum, City Market, Power and Light District, Crown Center, and Union Station). The host was very accommodating. When a coffee pot failed to operate, the host was very quick to respond and correct the situation. Thanks for enabling our stay to be quite enjoyable.

We had a group of eight in town celebrating birthdays. The house was beautiful and exactly as described! The group was three couples and two singles, there was room for all of us to gather as a group for games or get some quiet time. Beautifully decorated, we had a great time!

Great house with lots of room to spread out and enjoy your trip. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Yvette was easy to get a hold of and made our stay the best it could of been. I wanted a place the whole family could stay for the wedding of my son and this place got the Bill exactly. We loved the house with all its charm and the house was very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. My mom, which is always a skeptic, loved the house as well! Thanks for letting us make some special memories during such a special occasion for our family. You won’t be sorry booking this house.

There was a lot to like about this this property except for two problems. First the third floor was very hot. It was 100 degrees in KC the day we arrived. Yvette sent people to look at the air conditioning twice but the only relieve came when the temperature dropped outside. The second problem is that the house is located on a narrow street with parking on only one side which is across from the house. There is no place to unload when you arrive except from the street. I was in KC for an event and had crates of supplies I sometimes had to carry one or two blocks when there was nothing available in front of the house.

Kansas was a great stop on our road trip to catch up with family. This grand home offered us the room for all 12 of us to have a bed, and share bathrooms with ease. The home had everything we needed. We made a lot of use of the shady porch!
