El apartamento es precioso, el residencial donde se encuentra es fantástico y muy seguro. En el apartamento hay de todo y es muy cómodo. Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia. Doel es un magnífico anfitrión que estuvo pendiente a todo en todo momento. Las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar.

The location near the beach was wonderful. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and was very kind and accommodating. The condo was clean, tidy and cozy with all the amenities we could need.
Everything was great overall. Just a little dirtiness on the appliances when we arrived, which we were able to tend to with bleach wipes.

Doel was a great host. He did everything in his power to make sure that we were comfortable. My kids really loved having access to the private beach and the pool. Area was safe, quiet, and not far from activities (excursions, beach, etc).
One small thing was the TV in the bedroom wasn't working. Not a big deal though as I didn't come there to watch TV.

I can’t even begin to describe what a perfect experience renting from Doel, was. This property is TOP TIER/ SUPERIOR/ WORTH EVERY CENT. I actually felt like I did not pay enough for the luxury views I had of the beautiful beach & lush green mountains of El Yunque! The route to the property is scenic and beautiful! Doel, the owner provides literally the most amazing customer service! Wow, wow wow! I can not put into words the gratitude I have for this property owner. He answered all my questions even MONTHS before my stay. This apartment is spacious, very beautifully set up. It has a washer and dryer - which helps when you’re staying on a beach! Had bunk beds we didn’t need (but was nice to know there was extra room) a very clean and secure property. One thing I noticed and loved was the security on this property takes their jobs very seriously & it is so comforting to know that we were very safe as 2 young female travelers. Did I mention, the most beautiful rainforest is only 3 minutes away from this property!!! My favorite thing about staying here was it NEVER felt like I was a tourist. Everyone treated us so well & were quick to make us feel like locals/family on their beautiful island! I can go on and on about how beautiful and amazing this place is! Thank you to Doel for the most professional & amazing hospitality! My time in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico was 10/10 & A+ service! I will definitely be back!!!!

Tv in master bedroom had no cable or off the air channels available. Just mentioning since it was an obvious oversight.
Everything else about this property was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I will be booking again when we return to visit family.

*Location - Rio Grande is between everything you want on the East Coast. 30 mins from San Juan, 20 mins from Fajardo. So many restaurants, shops, and beaches in the area.
You didn't have to leave far to go to the beach though. It was amazing having 2 pools and beach right in your backyard. The amenities so close and not having to leave the property was my probably my favorite part.
*Beach chairs and coolers were such a big help!
*King bed in the master, bunk beds in the other room.
*Hot shower! Never had a problem with the temp or pressure of the shower. Big plus! (side note: the left handle is for the hot shower. Give it a minute and it will warm right up!)
*The apartment was perfectly clean.
*Great balcony to sit out in the morning and have some coffee.
There weren't many things we had trouble with. I think a couple things that would help this condo.
*Basic seasoning like Salt and pepper would be good. (we did have some brown sugar and sweetener.)
*Bring a blow dryer with you, if you need it. We were going to a wedding that weekend, so we had to get dressed up for a night.

Excellent space for a family. Kids loved the pools and beach. Location convenient to many beaches and the rain forest. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
