It was beautiful, could see mountains and ocean, quiet & Private

Transportation too and from the Villa needs to automatically be included in the stay so the guests don’t have to search for how to get over to the Hyatt daily. The Villa should automatically have a couple golf carts for their immediate guests, especially when golf cart rental is astronomical & families have disabilities, & don’t rent cars necessarily

The location provided beautiful views of the water, golf course and mountains in the front and back of the villa. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing but also included fun amenities at the resort just a short walk or 3 min car ride away. The manager and staff were friendly and accommodating with a text or call. There were plenty of dining options, ample parking and we felt very safe the entire stay. It was perfect for our family trip.

We just finished up a 5 night stay at the Country Club Residences and I really cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The staff was so accommodating from start to finish! They were so friendly and easy to work with. The unit itself was gorgeous. Beautifully furnished and decorated and really clean and new. The beds were comfy and even the pullout sofa was nice to sleep on. The views were great and its right across the street from a beautiful beach that was nearly deserted the entire time we were there. We felt like we had our own private beach all to ourselves. Its really close to the majority of the must see locations on your trip.

Property was lovely, newly renovated and furnished and very spacious. Balcony with seating and dining with great golf course views. Access to pool and beach and restaurants of the Hyatt. Very responsive and helpful staff.

Some more supplies in the apartment would have been helpful and made the stay more comfortable.

I loved the size of the penthouse! It was spacious and met all of our needs for a family of 6 including 2 small children. I would return here again. I mean 3 1/2 bathrooms and 3 balconies. I also loved how convenient it was that we were able to use the Hyatt's facilities.

There was some minor upkeep in the shower that was needed like the pole and shelving. Also, the front door would close after a certain time. However, overall we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire villa, especially the beds and bathrooms.

Host was awesome very friendly and helpful . Beautiful location and beautiful views . I will definitely come back and stray there 👌

Amazing place! Rent a golf cart to go back and forth to the Hyatt. Wouldn’t want to walk it too often.

Size, luxurious feel, decor and views.

One bathroom has a toilet that needs repair. The kitchen needs more utensils like pots and pans and even some mixing bowls.
