E' un grave limite della struttura che l'ospite non abbia alcuna possibilità di interagire con l'oste per segnalare eventuali problemi come le lenzuola macchiate che si vorrebbero vedere sostituite prima di andare a letto oppure indicazioni su come aprire un armadio privo completamente di maniglie o altri dispositivi per l'apertura

L'appartamento è molto pulito e vicino al centro cittadina e alla stazione. La cucina è funzionale anche se io non l'ho utilizzata fermandomi solo una notte.
Non mi è piaciuto avere a disposizione solo la chiave elettronica. Sono arrivata molto tardi e sebbene avessi scambiato qualche mail con l'host, mi sono trovata con la chiave che non ha aperto subito. Questo mi ha dato un po' di preoccupazione. La doccia attaccata al letto non è funzionale se si è in due nella stanza . Le scale interne sono ripide e senza corrimano. Non c'era colazione di benvenuto, la macchina del caffè non funionava

The room was so big for 1 person (at least for me), with a living room and a bedroom (connected). I didn't actually even use the living room and it's even kinda weird to have so much space lol
The stairs are narrow and steep which might make carrying luggage a bit troublesome. The machines in the laundry room are a bit confusing.

Amazing sunlight in the property, amazing furniture, amazing decoration simple but great.
To the property owners: The only think I believe it could be improved it would be a full body mirror in the property, extra sheets, extra towels and extra toilet paper.
Some oil salt and paper, would be perfect aswell.
A tv that YouTube and/or Netflix works.
Other than that all perfect.
The future costumers: I would advice you always to get the app of the keys one day before so is ready to go when you are outside. It made my life really easy. And make sure you have battery coming back home if you don’t want to sleep out side.

Good location, easy to check in, decent sized apartment.
The apartment we had booked was not the same when we showed up. If we had known this, we would've booked elsewhere as it looked like a great deal. So, we were essentially mislead. So, booking.com is being notified of a misleading ad.
No Air Conditioning, even when the property listed AC was available. We sweat in the apartment for 2 days. We only got a sorry, and that it'll be looked after once we were gone.
The cleaning lady this establishment hired was brutal. Our hand soap was filled with water, no hand towels, 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, and more. Wifi signal was brutal and splotchy, it didn't go through out the apartment. I messaged the property, I only got a sorry. I even had to ask for a 3rd towel, even though I booked for 3 people.
I have done alot of travel for both leisure and business throughout North America and Europe, this was definitely one of the properties I will forget about.
Location is super noisy, especially if you keep your window open.
Terrible customer service and huge lack of professionalism. Definitely don't recommend this place to couples, business travelers or groups of friends.

it’s not a long walk from the station, but getting to the property from the station is quite a steep uphill walk. walking with the luggage could be challenging..

Our stay was horrible. It started with the fact I didn't receive the electronic/digital keys to enter the building and it took us several phone calls and just twiddling our thumbs before we could enter. When we finally did get inside and into the room the actual keys provided didnt work either so it took another bunch of phonecalls and waiting for me to receive the digital keys i shouldve received in the first place. Then they messed up and put us in a one person room, even though I clearly booked for 2 adults, which led to a whole bunch of problems. They pulled out the sofa but it was still tiny and filled up the whole room. (we couldnt use the table anymore, no room for the luggage etc)
Check out is marked between 10 and 12 am, but shortly after 10 they were already knocking on our door, which made us feel very unwelcome and stressed out like we had to leave asap.
They massively screwed up and didn't do anything to make it up, not even an acknowledgment of their mistake or an apology.

Small studios, with a very nice design, clean and handy, perfect for short stays. The location is also good, very central.
The noise quite prominent from the street, some ammenities (table, chair) were a bit wobbly).

The apartment is newly renovated and nice. The internet worked fine for working.
- The house has no "traditional" keys but only the very annoying system with an app. Travellers without data and a smartphone have no way to enter the apartment, and it was not communicated in advance. Around 10 PM the night before arrival I had to ask how I would get into the apartment as I got no information. Only on the day of the travel ("!") I got informed that I need to download an app.
- The system is simply not working. Upon my arrival, I had to wait for 2 hours in front of the apartment because I could not get in, the same as all other guests. On the day after I again met two people in front of the main door, desperately trying to get inside. There we were lucky because one of the guests opened for us from the inside. This makes it very stressful as every time you are leaving the apartment you are risking that you will be locked outside.
- After the hassle with the access, there was no attempt to remedy the situation or offer any kind of compensation.
- Next hurdle: After spending hours in the cold waiting outside to get access, the apartment was at 17.5 C due to two open windows. The heating was down and the floor heating took hours to get up to speed and left me in the dark about if it works at all.
- The TV did not work either. As the instructions on the screen were in Greek I had no chance to sort out the issues there.
- The roof window also had a remote control that was not working, so the bedroom stayed in the dark, reducing its use to its very basic function.
- There were dishes left in the dishwasher, in theory cleaned but in reality dirty. I would also expect that I will not have to put dishes back to the shelves after the previous guests.

The location was excellent, and (after a few difficulties setting it up) the digital key system was fine. Having a 'full' kitchen was good, and the apartment set up was okay (though the open shower in the bedroom area was unusual), clean and modern. Good communications about arrival.
Several things were disappointing, including: an uncomfortable mattress / bed, and not so good curtains to block out light; no power outlets alongside the bed; a problem with the oven leaking water (from steam / condensation) from the oven door, onto the draw below and the floor; no microwave oven as advertised; the freezer was completely frozen over and unusable; no soap in the shower or separate toilet and hands basin; and a nice capsule coffee machine but just two capsules of coffee for 2 people for 3 nights stay (and no information about what sort of capsules to buy if we wanted to buy our own). Maybe some of these things are beyond what a serviced apartment offers, and we were just unlucky with our room / apartment compared to others.

brand New instalations , close from train station and bus
when I arrived 18:00hs , the apartment was not clean at all. used sheets and towels, dirt all around, used toilet and a very strong cigarette smell. I called to the help desk number, “they didn’t speak a good English”, and they told me a cleaner will be send in 30 min to clean because they couldn’t give me a different room. I went to dinner and when I came back, everything was clean except for the cigarette smell that was still there three days after when I left.
No one ever called me back to apologize or offer me some kind of compensation for the big inconvenience

Very clean, neat, and modern studio.
This review would normally be a 9/10, but I have to dock two points for the following reasons:
1) the lock to the building door (confusingly labelled "apartment) and to the door to the studio are both opened via an app. This means you need to a. have a smartphone b. have it on you, with enough battery left and c. have internet access, to even open the door. It almost never works the first time (quite scary when checking in at 9pm), and is just not reassuring, especially given the next issue:
2) staff are friendly, but not responsive. They are only available on the phone, during business hours. Even then, when I called it took about an hour for someone to call me back to (very kindly and efficiently) deal with my query. God knows what would happen if you ran out of battery and were locked outside at night.
3) on the day I was due to check out someone opened the door from outside, without knocking. I can only assume it was housekeeping as they immediately closed it after I said "excuse me, I'm still here". I wasn't dressed and it would have been quite unpleasant if they had fully opened the door.

Apartment in great location, comfortable and has all you need for a short stay. The app to open the doors was a bit confusing at first but got the hang of it! Just a pointer unrelated to the apartment - don’t get a taxi from the airport as it was a big unexpected sting of €166 :))

Building is quite new - room is in great condition. Very comfortable, great for self-catering, which is what we wanted.
A lift would have been good rather than 3 flights of stairs but it's not a big deal. Everything else was great. Just a few suggestions: a long mirror and some hooks downstairs for hanging coats would be very useful. Also a couple of extra pillows as the ones provided are a bit flat. But apart from those tiny things, the place is great.

Clean and modern, quite close to the railway station which makes traveling easy with the free public transport. There is a large car park about a 2 minute walk from the apartment, free between 1900-0800.
The electronic key-system if very unreliable and difficult to use, mainly because you can only have one active key at a time and it never worked on the first try (opening the apartment door took two tries every single time).
The apartment was unbearably hot (29-30 celsius even during the night) and there was no air-conditioning even though WakeUp Esch Citys page on Booking.com says the apartments are air-conditioned. I contacted the owner and he just thanked me for pointing out the "mistake". I asked if they could provide a fan, would probably have cost them under 20€ but they just ignored my request. The shower was not working properly, it was leaking so there was no waterpressure so the water just came down in big "lumps".
The bed is incredibly uncomfortable, the worst bed I have ever slept in. Extremely hard and probably the cheapest they could find.
There is a MASSIVE amount noise from the street (cars revving their engines, loud people) during all hours of the day, the windows keep a lot of it out but during our stay we could not keep them closed because the temperature in the apartment was close to 30 degrees Celsius. Bring earplugs if you want to have any hope of sleeping.
Another smaller minus is that there is no lock on the bathroom door.
