Идеальное место расположение, лучшее в Варкале! Справа нет соседей, вид на дикую пальмовую рощу, прямо вид на океан из каждого номера и с крыши, где завтраки. Дикая живая природа, много разных птиц, буйволы, семья мангустов, бурундуки. До океана рукой подать и там мы видели дельфинов, хищных птиц и цапель. Территория уютная, порядок и чистота везде. Номера чистые и есть все необходимое, хорошее постельное белье, что редкость для Индии. Завтраки хорошие, мы всегда брали омлет/фруктовый салат/тосты с маслом и джемом/масала чай/ бутылка воды бонусом каждое утро. Сади замечательный хозяин, всегда на связи, помогает и решает вопросы, а еще у него отличное чувство юмора. Очень понравилось здесь, уютно, как у бабушки в деревне) Обязательно вернемся еще!

The location, as it’s about 50m away from the beach. Odayam beach was pretty empty and clean when we were there. The room was clean with a nice balcony. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was both plentiful and tasty. The manager of the property was also extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay here. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious with AC and a fan. We were greeted with a very welcome glass of fruit juice on arrival. The owner, Saji, was so friendly and helpful and his two young staff were very attentive and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of his way to obtain a hairdryer. Room was cleaned and linen and towels changed. The hotel is in an excellent position, only 2 minutes from the beach and close to restaurants and s short walk from the Cliff. Excellent breakfast with a good choice. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our month in India. I would highly recommend a stay at Royal Kazbay!!

we absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Kazbay. we originally booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for 6!! The staff are amazing - very attentive and helpful. It’s a minute walk to a lovely quiet beach where you can watch the fishermen haul in their nets. It has a very laid back rustic feel so if you’re after noise and nightlife then it won’t be for you. If you want to chill then I cannot recommend this wonderful hotel enough 😊

Excellent location to finish our trip to India. This is the quiet end of town with a few restaurants, right on the beach. perfect place to be if you want peace and quiet. The staff were very helpful.

We received a great help from the owner with any of our needs, he also helped us to find a shop in the night and to send our stuff via speed post.

Location is 2 minutes walking to the beach. And it is away from the hustle of the cliff.

Breakfast is very limited and also because hotel does not have a kitchen, eating lunch and dinner is a big problem. They help you with getting food delivery from a neighbouring hotel but you should place the order 1 hour before which is hard if you are with kids.

We loved everything. A rare opportunity to have excellent accommodation and facilities at the same time as a prime location. Beautifully furnished rooms comfortable and very clean. Hot water whenever required, good A/C and a fan. Inclusive breakfast was great lots of choice from porridge to Indian and much more. We were made to feel very welcome and if we asked for anything extra it came without hesitation. The owner was lovely, he looked out for us but was unobtrusive. The 2 boys who cleaned and served worked hard. The situation just back from the beach is perfect, and it makes a nice walk up to the cliffs along the coast. More than 10/10 we booked for 2 nights and stayed for 5 no regrets . Thank you for a wonderful time.

The location is perfect...It's quite and walking distance from the Cliff. The beach is right there.

Great location- peaceful and quiet 1 min walk to Odayam beach, which I preferred a lot more compared to Varkala beach. A lot quieter and more secluded. Staff were very friendly and helpful Kingsize bed which was supercomfortable Very clean Breakfast was very good- included

The owner of the property has some self attitude issues.. The owners only takes cares for foreigners living in this property. Owner doesn't talk polite and seems rude to North indians. There are others resorts nearby that offers great location with food. I would suggest to choose those instead of this one. For me it is not at all value for money

Royal KazBay is situated in a very beautiful location. It has access to the private beach. This beach is clean and safe for swimming. Lots of European ladies were sun bathing, swimming and its safe for women.Small children were making sandcastles. The manager Saji is a very polite and caring gentleman who organised all taxis and rikshas for me. Saji was very willing to provide assistance with anything I was not familiar to in the area. The staff were lovely. I had a very peaceful stay. I could sit in my private balcony and watch the sea, coconut trees and birds. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Highly recommended.
