Washing machine located outside, the property located on a hill. So tiring when you bring many heavy luggage

Simple, practical, one week there without any problems and only good solutions ! The staff has been really kind and efficient for our requests. Thks for that again.

The location was great we enjoyed the walk to train station & the vibe. The air conditioning worked well (although they were warning not to use too much power which may cause a Black out- first time for everything...). We didn't try washing machine as it is outside on street level. The apartment was very quiet. Japan was great & people were kind.

We had a group of 4 people there was one glass. The pillows were paper thin. The pocket wifi had a label "do not swipe". A hair dryer had a bad electrical fault & crackling/burning smell in seconds. A 2nd hair dryer had a sex pistols sticker on it. We had arranged payment via visa months before and yet received multiple requests to meet someone with cash payment (so we interrupt our day travel 1.5 hrs on a train each way & get cash? - No way!!) We considered moving out as this was next level foolish. I have traveled for 50+ years all over the world and have never had hassles like this. After 5th-6th message Booking.com finally advise they need cvc then can take payment on visa. They already had this! On leaving we were to take photos of pocket wifi & key to show we hadn't nicked it - odd.
