The cottages are situated in a beautiful valley, surrounded by majestic mountains with wonderful walking trails offering stunning views. Our cottage, although in need of a revamp, was well equipped in terms of appliances & accessories.

Unfortunately our accommodation didn't have the views enjoyed by other cottages. The indoor braai (barbecue) was positioned at the back of an enclosed yard with no views. Louwrina, however, was most accommodating in providing a free-standing braai which we positioned in the entrance driveway. Ironically, the name of the cottage is 'Fineview'! Some sort of back-up power would assist during periods of load shedding.

The bed is to small for a tall and big person

Sehr schöne Lage, toller Blick von der Terrasse. Große luftige Räume. Schöne Badezimmer. Sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche, mit Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Olivenöl. Grillmöglichkeiten im Innenhof. Frische Blumen im Zimmer bei der Ankunft und Vogelgezwitscher auf der Terrasse.

Das Wasser im den kleinen Pool war noch sehr kalt, aber es war noch Frühling. Sonst alles toll.

Absolutely beautiful scenery comfortable accommodation with amazing pool nestled in the valley on a working wine farm.Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Orange Grove farm, lovely cottage with pool, beautiful views and quiet! Very clean, quaint, kitchen has been updated with all facilities. Lovely walks on the farm. We will be back! 🤩

Louwrina brachte uns am Morgen und am Abend Früchstück und Braaikörbe mit leckeren homemade Sachen.Das Holz für den Grill wurde gerichtet.Das Häuschen war sehr sauber.Schöner Zwischenaufenthalt zum Relaxen nach 2 Wochen Fahrerei und noch gut 2 Wochen vor uns.Kl.Wanderungen in den Weinbergen,baden im eigenen Pool,den Webervögeln zuschauen...

I love the friendliness of the care taker and Location, location, location! I loved the serene, the vineyard just a few steps from the front door and the beautiful mountains surrounding the area. The view was to die for, the only sad part is that we were only there for one night.

The wood for the fire was a bit wet. if it could perhaps be stored away in a dry place especially during winter time which tends to be humid in the Western Cape.

The privacy.

It is very tranquil. The rooms are well appointed and the kitchen has everything a person needs. The chalet is nice and spacious.

We didn't have hot water for the time we were there.

The location was a wonderful surprise, tucked away deep into the valley and exceptionally beautiful. The cottages were all beautiful and extremely well equipped, thought was given to everything. We also enjoyed the close proximity to some amazing wine estates, restaurants and coffeehouses!

It was a particularly cold weekend, especially the evenings and the wood provided was not dry or sufficient to keep even one fire going, let alone the 3 provided and the heater although it was on the entire weekend could not heat up our bedroom. I would also like to recommend that you consider installing a hot tub with donkey boiler ( Kolkol ) I think they are called, this will make your facilities a year round venue!

Gorgeous cottage with breath taking views. There was everything you could wish for inside: excellent linen, aircon, heaters, fireplace with wood (it was very cold when we went), battery lights for loadshedding etc. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the picnic breakfast was lovely! We went for a stunning hike on the property too.

The wood provided was a little wet which made the fires tricky to start, but firefighters were provided.

Wonderful spot, with beautiful views and lovely walks from the door. Would be even more stunning in the summer time when the pool could be enjoyed. Had an absolutely gorgeous 24 hours in Robertson, not long enough to do it justice. Beautiful walks from the door - although word of warning, our dog came away full of ticks. Hostess was incredibly helpful and accommodating, setting up an extra bed for us. The real highlight was the fabulous breakfast basket - very much worth treating yourselves to this. What a treat!

Loadshedding on a Saturday night but plenty of firewood and lamps were provided.

The beautiful scenery and peacefulness. The privacy of each unit. The splash pool at each unit. The outside seating with table and the pool loungers. The electric blanket. The fynbos and rose petals. Personal interaction with the owners Carlos, who directed us to a beautiful walking path and Yolande who was checked us in very efficiently and friendly.

Fill up/re-fill on firewood please. We had it the last time we were there at no extra cost

Gorgeous setting! Just what we needed to cat h our breath and spend some quality time. Staff was very friendly and the accommodation had everything we could possibly need.

Can't you guys make the pools hot pools?it would be great in winter. Also the gowns are comfortable would love it to be more fuzzy especially for winter.

We loved the place ... If we had our way we would have never left 😆
