bed was comfortable.

pull out sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable everything in room was noisy- from the heater/AC to the fridge, to the rooms above and below ours towels were small and thin and rough

not being able to cancel with some refund prior to our stay. we had something come up and couldn’t arrive until Saturday. I notified the property weeks before our stay and they used the room for Friday night guest but I wasn’t able to get a least part of my money back. So they made double on that room on Friday.

Big room, very comfortable bed, large TV, clean and Sunshine the receptionist was wonderful.

the staff were wonderful, it was roomy and CLEAN. We were close to our facility we were going to see and be a part of. They were very accommodating, breakfast was good and the coffee always hot. Great Job team

The breakfast was great and always had enough for everyone! The room was huge and and very comfortable! The front desk clerk, she was on a scooter because of a broken foot, was fantastic! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us towels everyday, tell us great places to eat and to visit while we were there! She truly is a great team member for your hotel!!!!!

NOTHING! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! We were right across the street from the Corvette Museum, which was our number 1 stop, so nothing wrong, everything was great! We stayed four nights in Gatlinburg and did not have the same experience as here!

We had a problem with our plumbing and management,Brenda came to our rescue. When that failed they were very quick in getting us a new room.

I liked that the property had a kitchenette.

I did not like the fact that they made you come to the front desk to get towels upon request, I also did not like that a few light bulbs were out in our room lamps, the bedding was dirty & that there wasn’t any smart tvs or connection. The prices were expensive for nothing. I will not book again!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was clean. Would recommend staying here.

Price was a bit high for this type of hotel I think it was more along the lines of a super 8 or motel 6 so I don’t think the value was quite there…nice hotel but not up to that level……………………………………………..
