Lugar não tem nada haver com as fotos de divulgação. Parece que não houve nenhuma limpeza antes da minha entrada. Paredes, chão, janelas, banheiro, chuveiro com aparência de sujo. Nas fotos parece muito mais espaçoso do que é. Não recomendo. Paguei caro e não valeu

Fast internet. The water volume is enough and it changes hot quickly in the bathroom. There is a laundry with enough amount of dryers nearby.

It’s not clean. Mold grows on a curtain. Asked replacing the curtain because of allergy but the owner didn’t reply. They have auto reply only. No garbage disposal rules in the guideline. There is no screen doors on the windows except one, so we couldn’t open the windows.

The location was pretty good, it's comfortable to go anywhere in Tokyo from Akabane station. The apt has almost everything necessary to live (would be nice to have cleaning tools and a cooking spatula). The price is affordable, so it's a really nice option for that location. Internet worked well, beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was good with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided, the toilet was amazing and with a nice warm seat (Japanese tecnologies=)). Apt has a washing machine what is a real plus for traveling. The communication with the host was easy, she replied to all our questions fast and clearly.

The information provided in the place is a bit confusing and different, but as soon as we asked smth, the host clarified everything, so I cannot call it a real minus. The apt was not very clean, dirtiness under the kitchen stove, airconditioner had a lot of dust, so we decided not to use it... Overall, everything was fine, but it would be nice if they cleaned a bit more.
