Breakfast was not great. But the server was very accommodating and gracious.

Location was great for what we needed.

The main lobby was appealing and well presented. However the first room was not thoroughly cleaned and had bed bugs. We moved rooms and the front desk was not intentionally pleasant. We felt like we were a bother to them. The made us pack up our stuff, get a cart and bring our stuff to the lobby… just to make us wait with no one around. They finally appeared and didn’t say a word, but handed us a key for 3 rooms down. No effort. That room was dirty, had bugs, cobwebs, trash, fingernails… etc. I have photos. Since we booked through booking there was no getting out of the issue. The door to the pool was not working with the room key entry method… so we had to go to the front desk and wait to be let in both times… it was unprofessionally run. The pool itself was saturated with strong chemicals and the was very warm… it was my sons 13th birthday trip and I’ve always emphasized to push through lifestyle hurdles and try to make the most of the situation. When checking out the paperwork was wrong and there were charges on my credit card. They said that they would be removed… but they are still on there. It had a blast with my son, but the hotel honestly was a complete letdown and a waste of money.
