Good location, great staff, happy with the rooms they were exactly as shown in the photos.

Having to press the button for the gate to open every time we wanted to leave using a car. The rooms were a lil bit cold.

The location , how safe the street were and the security of the building perfect. I liked the staffs they were all cooperative and super welcoming.

The sofa covers were dirty and the beds sheets too. Poor Internet service. We were not comfortable with Beds too

They overbooked the hotel and blamed us for the cancellation. Worst service I have come across in my 18 years of travelling.

Location was great, safe and secure parking. Apartment was clean and exactly as expected in the pictures. Views of the mountain in the morning were an added bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing!

The location is terrible! Very dangerous with a petrol station next door. Vagrants in the street, the property even has high security which makes you wonder about the safety. The property itself is dirty with strange stains on the furniture. The bed only had 3 feet on it. 10/10 would not recommend.

We checked in on Thursday night and found our shower doors to be broken (both bathrooms). We reported it immediately and 4 days later it was still not fixed. We had to buy bath mats as they were not provided so we could prevent slippage from the water spraying out of shower. We were told to make do. The one drain was blocked. No kitchen bin was provided. The furniture was unstable and badly stained. Not enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people. There’s no remote access to parking lot or personnel to open. So we had to jump out and ring for someone to open the gate every time we came in and out. No basic toiletries provided like soap or dishwash liquid. Only 1 staff member was apologetic and helpful, the rest were sour and unhelpful especially Kyle. We won’t be returning

Not so organised. Check in is at 14:00 but i had to wait till 18:00 before i could get to my room because the room was “not ready”. Which was very unprofessional

There happened electicity cut 4 times at least for 3 hours in a week. There was no electricity back up generator. The floor was not cleaned well and there was not enough bathroom amenities for a week, they didnt renew it even after 3 days.

Comfy bed , access to Netflix , and nearby convince stores.

The staff is rude if they can’t assist. Our room was never cleaned since we booked in from Thursday until Sunday on our departure. We questioned it and only to be told that they only clean after 3 days.

This place was HORRIBLE

The bathroom smelled so horrible. There were not cleaning products. The bed and bedding had blood There was a bin next toilet which had poop. The shower had hair. The Wi-Fi was not working They did not pay electricity, we stayed without electricity. This does not even describe everything

Place was very dirty, we were there for 4nights, not once was our linen or room cleaned. Everything was dirty, floors and cutlery sticky, furniture was smelling and toilets. The light in one of the bedrooms was not working, curtains were falling off the rails, despite telling the staff nothing was done about it. The was no rubbish bin for the apartment. The place was nothing like in the photos. Me and my family were very uncomfortable during our entire stay.

O espaço era bem moderno, a simplicidade da decoracao e segurança. O apartamento era espaçoso e limpo.

Nao tinha AC nem ventoinhas. A lata de lixo era minuscula, nao dava para meter quase nada, e tinhamos k descer para ir depositar o lixo na rua em frente. Havia poquissima loiça, apenas o basico, pratos, talheres, copos, chavenas, duas panelas e facas, o que dificultava muito a preparacao dos alimentos. Não tinhamos acesso ao portao do estacionamento e cada vez que saiamos tinhamos k tocar uma campainha pra entrar e nunca ninguém vinha da recepcao abrir, ou abrir remotamente, dependiamos sempre de terceiros k estivessem a sair ou entrar no edificio, foi desconfortável.

The interior is nice

The showers weren’t clean, there was no kettle but they provided coffee amenities, they didn’t have pots where it’s supposed to be self catering. And it had a foul smell

The décor was modern and visually pleasing

They could have more of the basic necessities like cutlery, glasses, cups and pots.

The area in which the apartment was situated was quiet and safe

The rooms were average, no extra bedding, carpets were stained with a bad smell

We forfeited the booking as the are was not good

The apartment was clean and morden and the staff was friendly. The unit is exactly as shown on the pictures.

The miscommunication regarding payment terms versus what was on Booking.com, The smell of fresh paint in the unit on arrvial. The unit did not have enough electricity for our 4 night stay on the second day we had to request a top up. Cafe downstairs does not have back power on the event of loadshedding so we couldn't get breakfast.

We didn't ate breakfast there, place is far from everything.

They must clean the rooms every day, I didn't not like the idea of them cleaning after 2 days.

We booked two rooms with my friends and room 105 didn't have electricity we had to charge our phone in another room, and room 306 there was no water coming from showers my friends had to share showers with us in room 105...lastly we had a problem with WiFi non of us could connect to it

The location was good.

The accommodation didn't have any air-conditioning. The breakfast options need to be improved.
