As advertised. We loved the house and the pool and hot tub so much that we are going to sell our house and move to Estrella like we wanted to do two years ago! Beautiful home, comfortable furnishings, tasteful in design and decors. The great thing is that there are simple items (paper plates, plastic cups, salt and pepper, cooking spray) that you never find in rental properties and always forget to pack. Heated pool was glorious, and the hot tub was hot. Kerry responded quickly to our small questions about the function of the pool. Zero complaints about this place.

We had a great week here. The home is in an excellent location with great views and it was very safe and quiet. Grocery store was close by and house was stocked with all the essentials we needed (TP, soap, trash bags, plenty of towels, etc). Beds and couches were really comfortable. We had no isssues during our stay but communications with host were friendly and easy. We appreciated the pool/spa heat being readily available and included with no hassle. The backyard area was perfect with plenty of seating, firepit, pool/spa and TV. The Pit Boss grill was a nice bonus- loved having that for ease of use and cleaning. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing spot, it was perfect. Thank you!

Ideal set up for a family with comfortable king bed and primary bedroom. The backyard was great. We made full use of the pool and hot tub. Host was responsive.

This home was perfect for a family getaway. It was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had and was quick to respond. Estrella is so quiet and off the beaten path but there are lots of family friendly activities in the area like hiking, parks and a couple of nice restaurants. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed but the highlight was certainly the yard. We used the heated pool and spa everyday and the fire was nice to sit around once the kids were in bed. Proximity to Estrella Mountain Regional Park as well as multiple golf courses are also great features. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again one day!

Property as described. Second stay at this property

This place is nice and in line with many places we have stayed in the Phoenix area. Pool was great. TV outside was an added bonus. Very quiet at night. I feel if you are not going to supply the house with all the basics (specifically more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom or any kleenex/tissues-there was one empty box) then you should present this in your property description. This is the first place we stayed that went so cheap. TP is 4 rolls for $1 at Target. Sending an email the week of arrival, well after booking and payment, does not cut it. Nobody will ever fault you for full disclosure. Kerry, the property manager, was unhelpful and condescending. “Hey, Kerry, the spa is not working.” After being told I need to read the directions better, if really felt good when Kerry realized there actually was a problem and it was nothing we did. No apology from her, just an accusation that I tampered with it. It only got worse from there. With every text, you could sense Kerry’s annoyance and her desire to not interact with other humans. If you take Kerry away and fully disclose all of the details, then this place is worthy of a much better rating. If it stays as such, you can do much better with basically any other property. I will be looking for properties managed by the actual owner. It is such a positive difference. Host Up, the management company, should take a look at the text chain between Kerry and I. I think they will find accuracy in my description.

Home was great...outdoor area and pool were awesome...an oasis for sure! We hope to be back in early Fall. Highly recommend this home. We have family in Laveen (about 30 minutes away) and it was easy for them to visit us.

This house was perfect for my wife and me, but we want to stay again and bring back our kids. It's so quiet and relaxing. The backyard and pool is just awesome. The house is super clean, all the living spaces are nice, and just an overall nice place to stay. The property managers are great and friendly.

The home is as it is described in the listing. Plenty of room for our family of four. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were worth the stay. The home is plenty spacious and nicely decorated. I appreciate the toiletries available for guests. Kitchen seemed to be well stocked. We had friends over for dinner and there were plenty of dishes. It was also nice being able to park in the garage.
Quiet neighborhood. The backyard is very nice and well-landscaped. Only basic communication with host, which was nice to not be bombarded with lots of emails and texts. We didn't have any issues so I'm not sure what response time would look like.

We really enjoyed this house. Our family of 4 had more than enough room. We really enjoyed the backyard and used the pool, hot tub, firepit, tv, and sitting areas. Estrella is a very nice area.

During our decision making process, I had a couple of questions that the property manager responded to within hours. Then he checked in with us after we checked in. We had a couple more questions that he responded to immediately. Fabulous customer service!
The property was spotless and very well maintained.
Adequate starting supplies, such as paper goods and soaps etc.
The pool/spa/outside area were also spotless
The weather was the only part of our trip that could have been better, but that’s hardly our host’s fault.
We’d certainly stay there again!

The home and neighborhood are a perfect place to relax and recover from life’s busyness.
We used the pool/hot tub, my sons mountain biked trails that were less than a mile away, and all the golfing they wanted. My husband and I walked for miles in the evening.

House was clean and had all the extras we needed to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving meal for our friends and family who live in AZ. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and stayed up playing games and watching movies. It was an excellent time in November!

The backyard is the star of this property! The pool and hot tub are beautiful. The pool is heated which is a real plus. The home is very clean and comfortable. The master bathroom and shower are great. House has been completely remodeled.
The home is away from commercial areas so is very quiet.
We enjoyed our stay so much we kept extending our stay. Mike, the property manager, was super easy to work with and very helpful!
We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was in a nice location and the house was really nice. We had some hiccups with the pool that were unable to be fixed while we were there. However they were acknowledge and the pool guy was sent out. The house came as represented.

Property is very clean and a very nice area. I was upset that Saturday morning at 7am the landscaper where doing the yard and it was loud. We got into town late and tired and we wanted to sleep in but the noise woke all of us since the plants/trees where right by the window. Was never notified of them coming in so early.
Also you cannot make noise after 10pm. So if you want to enjoy the pool you have to be quiet. No street parking after dark.
Well not rent this property again.

Our stay
It was a nice stay. When fixing dinner we found the the knives were very dull. Also the patio had to be washed down as when getting out of pool and walking you left prints in the dirt on the patio.

Everything was really just right. The house was impeccably clean, beds were comfy, bathrooms great. The house isn't large, but it FEELS spacious. Plenty big for two parents and three kids (16, 14, 10). The pool was clean and offered much-needed refreshment for 105+ weather. We will do what we can to stay in the same spot next time we are in town.

Really enjoyed our time here. House was clean and comfortable. Back yard was fantastic with the shaded area for eating and hanging out with gorgeous mountain views. Pool and hot tub were top notch. Everything we wanted in a vacation home was here. Thanks Mike! We'll be back soon!

Wonderful Stay
This was a great property. It was clean, had everything we needed, everything worked great, the communication beforehand and upon arrival was great and they were very responsive. This is a wonderful place, plenty of space and a beautiful back yard, the pool and spa were wonderful and we had many meals out under the pergola. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great place to relax. Wonderful place!
