It is very well maintained. Great food. Flexible food menu. Flexible timings. Open space. Swimming pool. Pet friendly. Warm hospitality.

At present it is hard to locate when you get off the main road. Google pin is correct but you don’t see a road as you near. A set of signs will help. Once you climb up the slope it is visible. When you get very close it is better to call the owner to send someone to guide.

Big spacious villa and surrounded by nature. The caretake is calm and helpful.

The cleanliness and accessibility can be better. No electricity for few hours was a bit of concern. More indoor games could be provided for families.

Caretaker and host are the selling point of the property . Even though the property itself is not mind-boggling , but caretaker cheerfulness and willingness to help is appreciatable. Rest all is ok and definietly can visit again if few of the quirky things mentioned in the dislike can be sorted out.

-Utensils were quite old and this was a major set back of the property. As we are depended upon food from outside , plates and other utensils need to be well maintained and hygenic. -Another thing that needs to be worked upon and everyone else has also mentioned in the review is the approach road to the property. If you are travelling at night , i am sure you will be lost . Even the google maps would be cursing the location and the road.

The beds, sofas and linens need to be improved. Similarly, dining, cutlery and other things need to be improved as well. The television should be a little bigger. They have 1 carrom board, there is probably enough space for other indoor games.
