We loved the location close to restaurants in the old part of Plymouth.
It didn’t bother us, but some may find it a little noisy during peak evening times for the pubs and restaurants.

Location convenient for a night out at a concert so we were only using the place to sleep over.
Bed’s comfortable.
Cleanliness and stank of weed constantly.
Cleanliness wise the sofa and carpet had very large stains - the shower had patches of what I’m telling myself is coffee stains. And very dusty, had a black top and kept brushing things off - I sneezed and a dust cloud came off the lampshade.
Would have been an idea to warn about the bedroom steps too as it’s not advertised and May land in a bit of trouble if someone was to hurt themselves .
The place is very charming and has a lot of potential- in my opinion the price is very high for the quality, so I assume it’s the location that’s making price high.
Bit of a cheek to take £100 damage deposit on arrival considering a lot of stuff already damaged, Also it’s not advertised and now I have to wait a week for the money to go back in 😞

◦ No cloth/brush to wash dishes
• The two items above were later delivered to the door after we complained about it.
◦ 20ml shampoo/shower gel in total (enough for one person once, let alone two people for three days)
◦ a toaster would be nice
◦ No light bulb in one of the shades upstairs
◦ Incorrect Wi-Fi instructions
◦ Unpleasant stench (smells like smoke)
◦ Sofa cushions old and stained
◦ Carpet stained
◦ No toilet brush upstairs (impossible to keep loo clean)
◦ Bunch of screws left in a corner upstairs
◦ Loose Cables hanging from kitchen cabinets
◦ Faucets in both toilets not installed properly
◦ No hot water upstairs
◦ Towel ring downstairs comes off the wall as soon as one touches it
◦ Towel holder upstairs is loose

Hidden gem in the heart of the Barbican. Perfect for our party of 3 attending a graduation ceremony. The property contained everything we needed for our short stay. We would have been happy to stay longer!
Parking was more difficult than expected, probably because of the Plymouth University graduation ceremonies taking place on The Hoe.

Cleanliness was not upto the standards, beds were all comfy and well made up, toilet floors can do with a good clean, there was only one bottle of hand wash between two wash rooms. flower vases had cigarette ashes in them and could do with providing a bigger fan during summer times

it’s a well-equipped little apartment in a very convenient location. The staff are outstanding - really quick to respond and so friendly.
It is a pretty little flat but it would look even more lovely with a quick freshen up for the paint.

Great location. All the things you need to for a stay, kitchen well equipped.
Door was damaged, no light in the hallway so cannot see when the door closes behind you. No hot water from the bathroom tap.

The flat was really clean and tidy. easily accessible to all local pubs and shops
bedroom ceiling height was a little low so made it awkward to get in and out of bed, definitely not a deal breaker though

Great apartment in the Barbican and close to everything. Good facilities and perfect for our needs.
Really hard to park close by and carry everything. White Lane was blocked with signs and bins so we couldn't get a car up to unload

noise early in the morning when the bin men came to empty pub bins 😏 noise from the pubs below til about midnight but quiet after that.
