It was within walking distance of the lake which appealed to us. It was spacious and open plan - another bonus. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The lounge room was very comfortable after a day of walking about.

There is no toilet on the top level so if you don’t like stairs, it might not suit. The guest bathroom mirror is so high that shorter people can only see the top of their head. perhaps a small mirror closer to the vanity would be welcomed. Also, some sort of luggage rack or stand would be useful. We had to put our suitcases on the floor. The bedroom was a bit on the small side.

Very well located, clean and modern, bed was soft and comfortable allowing us good sleep. Peter was a great host and responsive to messages. Would certainly be happy to recommend this place to others.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, however will note it might be a bit rough for shorter people, the toilet is a bit taller than average and bathroom mirrors are quite high up.

A very comfortable, well appointed apartment. Located close to restaurants, shops and other ammenities. A very quiet and convenient apartment.

Heating downstairs could be a little better.

Lovely, comfortable townhouse. Spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you could need. Quiet residential neighbourhood near the lake but still walking distance to shops, cafes etc.

The location was only a couple of minutes' drive to the city and dining options. Also, close to Lake Wendouree for a stroll/run. Entry into the property couldn't have been simpler. Bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean.

The townhouse was designed for a tall person and, as a short person, I had to use a step stool to reach the kitchen cupboard for a drinking glass. It would have been out of reach for most people. I would have appreciated a glass left on the counter instead of expecting to climb to search for one.
