Only one concern - two of the three pillows on the bed had an odor.

Booking confirmation days before and still didn't have my reservation. Had to pay a higher rate and deal with customer service to cancel. I was tired and that was a pain

The room was very spacious and accommodating to our needs. The hot breakfast hit the spot and had everything you need to start your day.

The bathroom door did not close all the way leaving a gap and giving little privacy.

Very spacious and clean. Loved the kitchen and having a table to play games at. Layout was smart. Lobby/eating area was very comfortable and modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Bathroom door was a slider on the outside wall that was not lockable and had a bit of a gap so privacy was an issue.

what the rooms offered and size

there was a horrible sewage smell throughout the building the entire stay. when asked what it was we were told it was a clogged drain in the kitchen and someone wasn’t coming until Sunday to fix it. fridge in room made loud sounds.

It was very clean.

There were a lot of hockey teams and contstant running up and down the halls. kids playing hockey in the halls after 9:30pm. It was just very loud.

I liked the spacious room.

Quiet,safe location. Newer property with great amenities we liked the laundry machines were set up so people can use the gym while doing laundry. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. We wish we could have a room like this to take on the rest of our trip.

Breakfast options were good. The second morning breakfast was limited due to a case being out of order so that was disappointing. Would have liked some add'l fresh fruit options and granola or granola bars. Also a different variety of herbal teas would have been nice, but made do with what was there.

Neighbor across the hall had a dog and it barked several times during the night, after "quiet" hours. Pillows were not as firm as we are used to so we didn't sleep as well as we would have liked, but overall the stay was positive. We would stay there again if we need to be in the area again.
