Large room, clean and quiet

The facility and room wre clean and of a nice design Location was convenient and near area dining shopping.

Our bathroom had no exhaust fan so the mirror fogs up and the glass shower door has only one sliding door on the opposite end from the faucet so you need to get into the tub to turn the water on and adjust the temperature.

the mattress was terrible there was only one fork the shower was weak and there was no bar soap only pump bottles

Clean facility, great location.

The shower spout is on the side of the shower where the door is glued and won’t open so when you turn on the shower, you get soaked in cold water. There’s no way not to get wet. Also, check out is 11:00 and housekeeping knocked on my door well before that time to clean the room. Unless a person has checked out, it seems unprofessional to knock prior to that time.

I was unable to make my reservation due to Covid. The hotel’s customer service was so extremely poor and they’re lack of empathy. They charged the full amount of the room , $189. in my opinion they are nothing but crooks! I will never stay at this chain of hotel even.
