Very nice modern design in a great location.

A complete mess. We traveled for work and spent one night at Giotto. We had reserved a superior room and specifically paid extra at the time of making the reservation as we wanted a nice room in preparation for our business meeting the next day. When we arrived on a very hot afternoon we did a self-check-in and discovered that they assigned us a small room under the roof, with a small window, and a TV sitting on the floor. It was 40+ degrees outside and it was hot in the room despite the aircon. We had reserved a superior large room on a lower floor. We had to spend more than two hours on the phone with Booking to sort this out. We provided the photo of the room as per the confirmation. We then had to engage in a long discussion with the greeter who turned up after more than one hour. She initially pushed back, then admitted the error, and then tried to charge for the superior room as she claimed it was an upgrade...A long discussion ensued. It would have been pure comedy had they not enraged and aggravated us and wasted most of our afternoon. She swiftly moved to process the payment. No gesture of goodwill for all the chaos and nonsense of the afternoon, we were only informed we had to leave by 10:00 am the next day. The superior room had dust everywhere (see photo), exposed patched electric wires on the lights of the headboard (see photo) with visible copper wire in sight, two small bathrobes, no large towels, and no hangers for additional towels. The room was stuffy during the night even with the aircon running. It does not make a difference if it is set at 21 or 14 degrees, it is the same temperature regardless. And....the bells from the church next door go off at 7.30 am, so good luck with sleep after a long very hot night...

Excellent stay! The hotel is beautifully decorated and designed, the room and facilities were all comfortable, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Would recommend.

the location was great. padova so easy to walk around.

Breakfast choices 3 were GREAT all walkable. Next door to a great church next to that Giotto’s masterpiece (the Chapel). Good shopping, great food choices, beautifully appointed furniture Mid century modern design.

The room was gorgeous and the bathroom incredible. The staff was very helpful and our stay was wonderful.

A little hard to get to. Not bad, but a simple map would help.
