Spacious apartment, with more rooms and a big terrace. Ocean view from the terrace. 2 big pools around a nice garden. A wonderful seaside promenade. Close to the airport and Santa Cruz, close to the supermarket and more restaurants. Comfortable for a longer time too. You can reach all parts of the island easily from there. I highly recommend for big family or a group of friends. Ricardo, the host was very kind, attentive and helpful.

Kitchen equipment incomplete, only few dishes in poor condition. More chairs in the terrace were broken. And some carpet would make more pleasant the walking on the cold floor. But overall they did not spoil the pleasant atmosphere of the accommodation either.

I liked the location, the garden, the communal swimming pool in the inner garden, and the view from the balcony. I think this is a perfect location for a family vacation, with a swimming pool for kids and a beautiful beach (actually three beaches) 5 minutes walking from the apartment. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and a few restaurants in 50 meters from the apartment. The bus stop to get to Santa Cruz is in 40 meters. The apartment has everything you need: a washing machine and a small, well-equipped kitchen (although it would be great to have a knife sharpener). The WiFi was working well enough for me to have work Zoom calls while my kid was streaming Netflix.

The apartment's interior is not brand new and could use some love, but it does not bother us. Everything is working. The only caution is for the light sleepers: you can hear cars passing by in two out of three bedrooms at night. If you are a light sleeper, it might not be the best place for you.

Spacious apartment and environment/garden, perfect location and very good beds. No noise from the street at night. Very helpfull host.

Missed sunbeds

We liked our stay very much. The apartment is ideally located between the airport and Santa Cruz. So you are only about 5 to 10 minutes from both by car. It’s actually a very quiet place. Within walking distance you can find several restaurants and bars. The beds were very comfortable. Internet was fast and reliable. The property also has private parking just in front. Our host was in contact with us via WhatsApp and made sure all was fine. I would definitely stay again.

When taking a shower the temperature of the water would change from hot to cold, and it would take a minute or two to turn back to warm. Maybe this should be looked at.

Great location. Ricardo provided a few special little touches on arrival, like a bottle of wine and chocolates on the beds - such a nice touch and so welcoming! Very comfortable beds, bed linen and soft towels. We loved it here.
