The apartment is very big, with balcony

There was a noise coming from the next floor. Every day I make a complain about it, they stop for half an hour. Then they returned back, so I didn't find the peace to sleep in the morning

كنب الصالة للاسف منتشر فيه بق الفراش وللامانه تم التواصل مع الاستقبال وحل المشكلة المطبخ يفتقر للاكواب وللملاعق الكافيه فقط لاغير

الموقع جميل والموظفين كذلك أعجبني خدمتهم

كانت رائحه الغرفه غير جيده والسرير كان اللحاف متقطع بعض الشي ولم التقط صوره لذلك ونتطلع للتغير في المستقبل

هدوء المكان اثناء النوم

اولاً _ان بعض ما ذكروه في المرافق غير متوفر مثلاً المساج والساونا والمقهى غير متوفره في نفس الفندق بل في مكان مجاور له ثانياً _انا اخذته ثلاث ايام لم يقوم عمال النظافه بتنظيفه واستبدال مستلزماته المستعمله بنظيفه الا مره واحده اول يوم بعدها لم يأتوا الي الغرفه اثناء خروجي

الموقع ازعاج بالليل الفندق لا يصلح للعوائل بتاتاً الغرف تحتاج تنظيف و اهتمام

مكان الاقامة جيد وهادي جدا وقربه من مول صغير في الخلف وسوبر ماركت ولولو هايبر مشي وقريب والموظفين جدا متعاونين لاي طلب

قريب منه ومفصول تقريبا كذا مرقص والشباب العاملين في المرقص واي شخص يمر يعرضون عليه الدخول للمرقص وكذا وكان معاي شايب وعلق معاهم بسبب كثرة العرض في الداخل والخارج فقط هذي النقطه السيئة

I liked the price parking the beds

The service and when you call it took long for providing you what you need only one towel in each room so you need to get your towels with you buddy.

Nice hotel near Juffair Mall. Spacious and clean. Parking available and easy to find a parking spot inside the hotel.

They didn't provide towels. Microwave doesn't work. Furniture needs renovation. Little expensive.

We stayed in BW suites and spa for 3days and 2nights. The location of the hotel is good, by means of supermarket and restaurant because it's just walking distance. BUT!!! We're so disappointed with the hotel it self. It's different with what we expect and what we saw in booking.com. In booking.com they have a good reviews. They even got as high as 8.2 or higher than that. So we decided to reserved a room for 5 people. 4 adults and 1child. Even its 600-700sr higher than the other one that we also check, we choose this hotel, but we regret it later. 1st. We chose this hotel because of their facilities. Because it's our first time to come in Bahrain so its better if we will have a good experience. Right? *Pool and rooftop ( in the photo, it looks nice, they even have a tables and chair on their rooftop where you can chill and relax but when we go there after our tour in the city, what we saw is not what we expect. No more place where can we sit and relax, it become a place where they put the dirty carpets. The pool is not well maintained. The handrail is not stable. *Kids playing area ( one of the reason why we choose this hotel.) but we're not dare to let my nephew to play there, it looks like they dont clean it for a month. dusty, the matt is dirty, the smell is not good. *badminton/basketball area - this one is a little bit fine. *Arcade/billiards/table tennis room- we stay here for a bit but its not clean, arcades are broken, floor is dirty billiard and table tennis are dusty. *Spa - not available Room: You can here the loud noise from outside. 1st room: - we're really disappointed about this one. Because it feels like your inside the kitchen. You can smell the food, we don't know we're it came from.

Well located in the heart of Manama, with a shopping mall very close. Nice, clean and well eqipped rooms, nice pool on top, very kind an d helpful employees.

the size of the apartment is good

the lack of cleanliness for all the building facilities’ doors, fingerprints all around the elevator and glass doors which needs more cleaning, also the air conditioning was attached with next door apartment and he was smoking all the day and the smell is in ours. unsuitable for families

Very spacious rooms and it’s almost in the middle of Bahrain so everything is nearby. We also got a free upgrade without asking for one.
