Excellent apartment for two. Very comfortable bed, good AC. Full kitchen (oven, micro, fridge, tools, coffee, etc.). Big bathroom. Fast Wifi. Washing machine. Everything is clean. Quit area. Free car parking. Separated building.

The property was clean and cosy. It was also well equipped with bed linen, bath and kitchen linen.

The house is perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was great with fast response and we had a great time in Miami and nearby cities using Guayabita's House as our base.

The apartment was easily reached from the airport 15 mins. Parking was easy. The apartment was very clean, self contained and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal location for exploring the Everglades and the Keys and also Downtown Miami. Great value for money. Owner on site and able to answer questions. Very friendly but unobtrusive. Restaurant for breakfast 10 minute walk away.

My travel itinerary changed which caused a late arrival into Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The host, Eon was gracious and communicated with me on the app, showing concern and waited for my arrival to assist me with getting the keys. The unit felt like home away from home. Clean, quite and comfortable.

All of my expectations were met. Unfortunately, I lost a couple of nights due to the travel delays. This was not refundable, which was understandable. The unit a hot commodity for the value and comfort.

Apon arrival greeted by Ian and giving us a tour was very professional and down to earth. Most peaceful place I’ve booked in my life. The remote control A/C. Comfortable bed and pillows. Just everything was nice no complaints.

The apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed and it was quiet. Ian and his mother were very kind and accommodating. We would recommend to stay here if your ever in Miami and we would definitely revisit.

It Was PERFECT

So glad we found this little place! Me and my partner stayed here for a few days and it was perfect for us. It’s a little add on to the owners original house but it’s at the back and has it’s own entrance so is still very spectate and private from the other property. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. The little kitchen has everything you need to cook homemade meals including a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, stove, oven and all the cooking utensils and more!! The owner has thought about everything you need for your stay which makes it extra special! 1hr public transport to Miami Beach- lots of restaurants, Landry and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Perfect!
