If you’re reading this and this place is still available: book it. This is easily one of the greatest vacation rentals I’ve ever been in. From the close proximity to the private beach (with private beach chairs/umbrellas set up every day), to the heated pool, to the outdoor living space, to (wait for it…) every bedroom having its own bathroom, this place truly has it all. The house is completely stocked with everything you and the kids will need for the beach. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This was the second time I stayed at this house in the past few years. Truly has everything you can imagine and more! Great place for families or a group of friends. Julie and Kyle were both fantastic to work with as well. Would HIGHLY recommend!

My husband I travel with the same group every year and stay in the same neighborhood! We booked this last year during our trip when we walked by it, we have been so excited to stay and it lived up to all of our expectations! Communication with property manager was phenomenal! This house has EVERYRHING you would ever think you needed!! Kitchen was stocked beyond any rental we have ever stayed in. My only suggestion was to have a door with keyless entry where the patio sliding door was for the couple staying in the guest house. We didn't want to leave the sliding door unlocked at night. In the morning we had to wait till someone woke up or we had to walk around the block to the front door. We were so sad to see it already booked for our week next year but we will return for sure! Hoping all future guests take good care of it she is a beauty! Thank you again!

The house was very nice with a very equipt kitchen.. The outdoor space was amazing with lots of seating. We used the very modern grill a lot. It was a short walk to the beach and having our own unbrellas and chairs put out daily really pampered us.

The house was everything it advertised and more. The house was exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and maintained well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need. Toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, trash bags, etc all there and available. Had a great time. The property manager was extremely easy to get a hold of and replied back almost immediately. Had an issue with the grill and it was looked at within the hour and fixed within the day. The location was a block away from the beach. The chairs were set up everyday along the water. Clean water, and very clean beach. The house pool was well heated and very well maintained. By far this was the best experience we have had with a rental. Will absolutely stay again when we look at our future vacations.

Our entire family truly enjoyed Emerald Oasis. It’s like a home away from home, everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor space is terrific, whether grilling, swimming or laying in the sun. Short walk to beach and easy walk to dining options. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space, while dining and outdoor areas accommodate everyone together comfortably. Hope to come back soon.

We LOVED this property. Every room was a master room. The floor plan was incredible as it allowed for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The kitchen literally had everything from a bar to a pineapple digger. The outdoor patio was big, clean, had a nice gas fireplace and the pool was the best we’ve had because 1. It was a saltwater pool and 2. It was SO warm, perfect for the 60-68 degree winter weather. The beach was only a 2 minute, easy beautiful walk and there were tons of beach stuff in the garage like wagons, coolers, etc. The guest house was perfect for older teens or for a couple and was a nice addition to have. We really really were impressed and the photos do not do it justice at all. The location was super convenient as well. I would highly recommend!!!

Everything was A+++. Julie was very responsive to any questions we had, kitchen had anything you would need, the outdoor area was wonderful. A perfect vacation home!

The house was spacious and beautiful! Outdoor living area was unbelievable it was perfect for cooking meals, hanging out and enjoying the pool after spending the day at beach. House was in a perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Julie was awesome to work with and very responsive. Best vacation ever!

Everything from the booking to the stay to the end of trip was amazing. Great managment response when needed. House was perfect condition. location amazing. beach chairs/umbrella were always right there on beach with our name on them. Plenty more extra beach stuff in garage at house. very comfortable house.

We took our entire family here, including grandkids, for our 45th wedding anniversary. We all really enjoyed the experience. The outdoor area is amazing and just what we were looking for. We were able to cook, play games, or just sit around and talk. And the entire family enjoyed the private pool, which was large enough for all 15 of us to enjoy at the same time. I highly recommend this property.

We loved the property and area. Stores and restaurants are close. The beach is a very short walk. The bedrooms are spacious. The outdoor space is perfect.

Perfect size and location for a family beach trip

From the reservation process until our checkout, this place is first class! Even better than we thought upon arrival! Our entire family voted to return next year and we reserved it on Tuesday! Can’t be beat! I hate to let you all in on my secret!

We had a few days of rain but with the great outdoor space we didn’t miss going to the beach. Great house & great location.

This place had ALL of the accommodations we needed for a few families traveling together. The outdoor space is OUTSTANDING - we were out there constantly. The pool is beautiful & spacious. The walk to the beach is super short, the location is outstanding. The manager was responsive with any questions that came up. We can't say enough great things about it - we already booked it for next year - it was so perfect.

Wow! What an amazing home. It was beautifully decorated, the heated pool was wonderful to warm up after the cold ocean, and there was enough space for the 14 of us to be together but also have our own space. Julie was phenomenal and was available whenever we needed something. The house is a 2 minute walk from the beach as well as coffee, restaurant, and shops. Must stay here on your next trip to Destin!

We could not have been more pleased with this place. Everything was as advertised. The manager Julie was awesome to work with. Everything you need for a great family vacation is at this house. Leave all your beach stuff at home because they provide it all. We don't want anyone else to find out about this place because we want to keep it for ourselves. Beds and bedrooms were great, plenty of stuff in the kitchen, pool is amazing and the beach is close. The only negative is you can't see the beach from the house but that is a very small negative. Our family will be back here after we have grandchildren.

This is a perfect set up for a multi family vacation. The house is spacious and the outside entertainment space is perfect for hosting friends and family of all ages. Property managers are very responsive to any needs and online booking was seamless! Will definitely rent this property again!

My family and friends had the best time ever staying at this property. We were there from April 10 - April 13, 2021. Our only regret was that we didn't schedule the vacation for a full week. The accommodations were spectacular. The home was clean, and extremely well cared for. I am a really picky traveler and I felt like I was at home from the arrival to departure. The kitchen appliances, dishware, utensils and more were high quality and more than enough that you didn't need to wash utensils for each meal. The entertainment was more thank enough that you really didn't need to leave the premises at all, however should you decide to do so, you could literally access the beach in a 5 minute walk, the beach was clean and the sand was beautiful. My favorite area of the home was "outdoor living;" kitchen cooking, dining, watching television, fireplace and swimming was fantastically fun! The outdoor area provided a little something for everyone. Each bedroom was spacious well decorated, clean and comfortable. I could have easily stayed in bed watching movies one of the days while there but instead we ran around to make the most of our short visit; shopping, dinning, beach time, and even a little work time. We enjoyed our time so much that we have already booked the home for the same time next year.....only we will stay for a full week next time :) Thank you for the hospitality and quick response to our questions and needs. We really appreciated everything! We will be back next year :)

This house is amazing!!! The owners have gone above and beyond to ensure the guest are well equipped and comfortable. There were 22 of us and never were we overcrowded or in each others way. The kitchen has every utensil we needed and more. Extra beach chairs were awesome for beach use and the 2 washer /dryer combo is a total game changer. The outside Kitchen/Lounge area is amazing. We had a catered Shrimp & Crab boil by a locally owned company Rocco's which I would highly recommend. it was complete from set up to clean up and priced on point. Rocco and Shawn were amazing, the food was incredible, and the layout is perfect for a catered in boil. The pool is the largest in the area complete with an outside bathroom and way nicer than the community pool. The guest house is as gorgeous, private, and complete every amenity needed. Lastly Julie is amazing to work with. She was constantly in contact, very informative and on spot with the only issue we had with the outdoor fireplace. It was serviced and fixed with a simple reset. This will be our go to property with large groups in the future.

This house is perhaps even better than the description. Aspects we really loved:* There was more than enough space for the group* Walkability to the restaurants, beach, etc. * Convenience of the outdoor kitchen* Responsiveness of Julie and the management team. We had a few minor issues after a storm came through (e.g. lost WiFi) and we appreciated the efforts made to remedy the problems.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to any group staying in Destin.

If I could give 10 * I would. Julie was so helpful, she was so prompt with answering questions and recommendations. The property was fabulous, clean and spacious. The guest house was an added bonus. I would definitely return .

We had a few hiccups once arriving but The management company bent over backwards to remedy them. I could not have asked for a more responsive team than Julie and Kyle. This house was truly the lifestyles of the rich and famous. There was nothing we could’ve asked for that wasn’t there. The amenities were amazing. The owners of this house could be a little more welcoming with unlocking more of the cabinet space for groceries etc. for a large group of people. Hopefully, that will be taken care of in the near future. That being said, we would rent this fabulous house in a heartbeat. Thanks again Julie for being so attentive to our every need!!!
