It was very clean and tidy, there was a communal area to get drinks, there was a good security system in place, the owner was extremely nice and respectful, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space to put belongings, the tv had multiple entertainment choices, the shower was easy to work and the bathroom was very clean, etc.

The AC was not turned on and the remote controller was not present in the room when we checked in. our room was on the top floor and this was unbearably hot. I called Suzana Turcu numerous times and texted her numerous times to no avail even though she said “ If you need anything please let me know”. I could not sleep with no AC and I did not. She did not reply until after 11am the next morning after I had left 3 hours ago. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in staying at any hotels in the past 30 years! My stay was completely ruined!

Excellent room with a very comfortable bed and very clean. The location is good, main attractions.were 15-20 minutes on foot. Suzanna made sure we got everything, provided recommendations and was kind enough to help us have a forgotten item sent to us in the airport right before we departure. Highly recommended

That the payment for the room was not done straight away, but I had to chase the person. If that would be said already straight away that the payment will be deducted from the card then I wouldn't worry, because I had been only told that I will pay at tach reception
