This house is so big and spacious, so clean, so well appointed, very comfortable beds, everything g you need. The pool water was too chilly for us at this time of year but the putting green was so much fun. It’s location is perfect for a stay in Surprise and for an early morning walk. I would stay here again for sure. Owners were wonderful to work with.

Putting green needs to be redone. Pretty but uneven and too rocky for actual use. Would have enjoyed since it’s winter. Pretty pool.

Perfect stay! House is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Super easy checkin and great communication with hosts. Love that basics like soaps and paper towels were already there. It was too hot for us to use the pretty putting green but the pool was wonderful.

Huge house, very clean, all the amenities! Pool and putting green, great outside patio in the shade with the morning sun in the kitchen - it was really a fabulous location and made for a terrific stay to watch our daughter graduate from GCU with her master's degree!

Excellent house for a family gathering
After a long COVID absence we were able to bring our family together for a memorable reunion in this spacious and comfortable house. The home was even better than in the pictures, with plenty of amenities to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is close to a variety of restaurants, stores, beautiful hiking hiking trails and other activities. Our visiting family members have asked to stay at Wes and Julie’s VRBO for our next gathering. Also, Julie and Wes were very responsive hosts……always quick to answer any questions we had.

Baseball and Memories
This is our second time staying at this house in Surprise, AZ during the college baseball opening weekends. The location near Surprise Stadium is absolutely amazing!!! A great house for a large family or a couples trip!

Amazing host property
The owners of this home are Top Notch! Their communication, their home, the amenities were wonderful. The house was very well stocked, we did not need to go buy anything but our food. They had condiments, spices, cookware, laundry detergent and so much more. Their communication was prompt, accommodating and wonderful. I would stay at this property over and over again, if in this area. The hosts and the house were wonderful and nice for groups of 4 or more. Can't say enough good things about them and this house. So happy!

Quick weekend trip
Booked this house for its proximity to the Rangers/Royals baseball fields. The house was even better than pictured. Very spacious and clean and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house had multi zone AC which allowed custom comfort for multiple individuals. The outdoor space was clean and nicely landscaped. The homeowner communicated quickly by phone and text, and was very accommodating and flexible with our questions and requests. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic time! Thanks so much for the hospitality. The location and amenities were perfect for our family. My wife ‘s parents live close by, and with her father in poor health, it was great for us to have a place to stay for our family that was very close to my in-laws. The pool, putting green, and the ample play space were a huge help with our two kids (2.5 years and four months).
Most of all, I appreciated the communication. As you are aware, traveling across the country is always stressful, and it is especially so with small children. Your willingness to communicate quickly and openly made me feel much more comfortable even before we arrived. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

Great Place to Stay!
We were very happy with our stay at the house. The house was very clean and spacious with a large common room and family room. Bedrooms are all nice and the property manager was extremely responsive. Also very close to many restaurant options and groceries etc. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Plenty of space and good outdoor area
The place was perfect for our group. We golfed all day in NW Phoenix and in Scottsdale. Within 40 minutes of the courses we played (Quintero, TPC Scottsdale, Grayhawk). Good outdoor area to relax in the evenings. Great communication with the owners.

Wonderful weekend in Surprise
We needed the perfect house for a wedding we were attending and this house had everything we needed. The casita was perfect for the 'bride to be' to stay with us on Friday night. We had ample room for everyone to visit, eat and sleep. Sitting out on the patio in the morning with coffee, and evenings with a beverage was amazing. Julie was great at answering questions prior to our arrival and we had no problems while we were there. This is a quiet beautiful neighborhood, this house has a beautiful backyard, the house is fully stocked with everything you might need. Our best friend lives 2 miles away, so we will definitely be back to Surprise and stay here. I have already recommended this house to many of my friends. The best VRBO I have stayed at thus far!

Our one son is at Ottawa University. About one mile from this house. We all flew in to have a little family weekend. It was such a great house! The house is very well layout. Good together space and alone space.

This was a sunny stop for our family spring road trip. We had a fabulous time and the listing was everything advertised and more.

Our group of six middle aged guys flew in from MN to play in a tennis tourney at Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex (it's only 1.5 miles from the house, so ideal location for this). The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The pride of ownership was apparent. The kitchen was stocked with ample, pots, pans, utensils, etc. In addition there were spices, condiments and other goodies presumably left behind by other renters. This home is massive with plenty of space to spread out. The back yard pool and putting green delivered as promised. Great outdoor setting. Location is central to grocery store, restaurants, bars, etc. We also caught a Spring Training game (the complex is also 1.5 miles away) while we were there. We hope to be back.

Absolutely Perfect!!
We have stayed at TWO properties with this owner. The owners have excellent communication. They went out of their way to help us with several different items that we need is that totally did not involve them. Their property was exactly as advertised. Very much enjoyed the putting green as well as the pool. Extremely extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable!! House is very spacious quality

Great location; very comfortable spacious house; nice to have distinct living areas; enjoyed sitting outside on patio in the morning sun eating breakfast; spacious kitchen; enjoyed the master suite. wrong season, but pool looked lovely. Great house for families with 4 bedrooms upstairs and separate interior casita w/its own sitting room. Bonus: saw a road runner and a red tail hawk in the yard! Some jet noise from air force base that affects broader Surprise area, but house insulated adequately

Really enjoyed our stay, the property was in great condition, beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great location...close to stores and restaurants. Communication with owners was awesome, they are really responsive. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home with great amenities
The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. There are thoughtful touches throughout the home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and checking in and checking out were a breeze. The home is also near many, many places to eat, and there is a grocery store near by. Everything about our stay was easy and relaxing. It’s always a good sign when your child doesn’t want to leave. Thank you for the great stay!

Super comfortable!
We stayed here with a couple friends and kids for a baseball tournament. The house was well appointed, clean and had plenty to offer for us all. Julie was very responsive to a couple questions we had. The WiFi was screaming fast for all the teenagers to have virtual learning, too!! Definitely stay here again.
