Willkommen in unserer komplett renovierten Wohnung im ersten Stock mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad im Herzen des Sabino Canyons! Wenn Sie durch die Eingangstür gehen, finden Sie einen hellen und luftigen Raum mit allem, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns benötigen (und mehr)!
SCHLAFZIMMER:
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer brandneuen Sealy Pillow-Top-Matratze, luxuriöser Bettwäsche in Hotelqualität und zusätzlichen Betten, falls Sie diese nutzen möchten. An der Wand mit Blick auf das Bett befindet sich ein 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit über 140 Kanälen. Gegen Aufpreis können Sie auch Filme ausleihen. Für die warmen Nächte in Arizona gibt es einen Deckenventilator mit Fernbedienung! Die gesamte Beleuchtung im Schlafzimmer ist dimmbar. Sie müssen während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mehr aus dem Koffer leben, da es mehr als genug Schubladen zum Falten Ihrer Kleidung und Platz zum Aufhängen im begehbaren Kleiderschrank gibt. Im begehbaren Kleiderschrank befindet sich eine Queensize-Luftmatratze, die Platz für zwei zusätzliche Gäste bietet.

Der Komplex verfügt über einen großen beheizten Pool und einen Whirlpool. Im Clubhaus gibt es einen Fitnessraum und einen Billardtisch.

This was the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at Morgan’s condo and it was just as great as last year. The condo was clean, cheerful and comfortable. Morgan is a great host and will do what’s necessary to make your stay enjoyable . We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to come back again.

Morgan did a great job with this condo. It’s simple and beautiful. Very clean! It was also so appreciated that the extras were thought of. We didn’t cook much at the condo but it was so nice to have spices and such when we did a couple times. She checked in with us a couple times to make sure everything was good and to be available for any questions.

Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay at the condo. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed and the Ventana Vista grounds were very quiet and peaceful. Morgan was a great host; very responsive to our questions and requests and went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant. We definitely will stay here again.

Morgan's condo blends elegant aesthetics with great functionality. The place is spacious, immaculate, and conveniently located just a 20 min walk away from the Sabino Canyon entrance. Morgan is a wonderful host - super responsive with messages/questions and very friendly. The property is fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay - whether it is spices, oil, coffee in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, or detergent in the laundry room. All the furnishings and appliances are high-end and thoughtfully curated. The hot tub and heated pool in the clubhouse are great perks of staying at this place. We've stayed in several vacation rentals over the years and this is by far our favorite stay! Highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo - very well updated décor, cozy bed, comfortable living room furniture, nice little outside patio with table and chairs.
Spotlessly clean. Well furnished kitchen stocked with everything we needed - including spices for cooking, coffee and creamer, etc. Also other amenities such as laundry detergent, bath amenities. Owner is great - very responsive. Had one minor issue with the heat not coming on. Contacted Morgan and she worked it very quickly to get an HVAC person over to fix it. Easy access with a code Morgan (owner) sent on our day of arrival. Condo neighborhood is very nice. Great pool and two hot tubs, pickle ball courts, small fitness room. Very well maintained grounds and nice neighbors everywhere. Great wine and beer garden next door (accessible by walking path) with good wines and a long list of beers, comfortable outdoor seating, and live music. Located near Sabina Canyon Recreational Area with great hiking! Can't wait to go back again!

Beautiful property in a very quiet neighbor. Great space for a couple. Super close to Saguaro NP (East) and tons of hiking trails at Sabino Canyon Rec Area. Wifi was great too for when I had to work.

Updated one bedroom unit located in quiet part of Tucson and quiet part of condo complex. Morgan was fantastic: great communication, thoughtful, and detailed. (The lock pad was very easy to operate thanks to Morgan’s detailed instructions.) The unit was stocked beyond any other furnished unit I’ve rented - from detergent and plastic storage bags to coffee/tea supplies and seasonings/spices! Morgan clearly strives for us renters to have a very comfortable and positive experience … and succeeds!

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable
We were very happy with our stay in Morgan's condo. It is extremely clean, very nicely decorated and super comfortable. It had everything we needed re: supplies (minus trash bags for the kitchen can). The bedding and bed was extremely comfortable. There is a full size washer and dryer with laundry supplies. Entering the unit via the keypad was a little tricky, but by the end of the trip, my husband and I would laugh every time we tried to get in. He was much better working the keypad and door than I was. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous condo, great location, tons of places to hike nearby
We had the best experience. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, comfortable beds, better sheets than I have at home, great location. We had our kids with them who slept on a blow up mattress she had for them ready to go.
There is a cute little indoor/outdoor beer and wine garden next door with great food and drinks. We walked to Sabino canyon recreational area and walked multiple days as well as ventana canyon. We will definitely stay here again when we come.

This condo is in a very nice complex in an equally nice neighborhood in Tucson. There are numerous, quality restaurants in the area. There is also easy access to other parts of Tucson. The owner is professional and reasonable. I recommend this unit and owner and would stay here again. Thanks Morgan!

Everything is at least as nice as the pictures show. We enjoyed the modern decor and new appliances. Luxury linens were a nice touch, as were the complimentary toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen. Thanks for making this available!

For us, this property is perfectly located. We were there to ride our bikes and could easily pedal anywhere from here. Sabino Canyon is also just a short walk away and less than 10 min drive to some of the best restaurants. The rental is exactly as described; nicely decorated and incredibly comfortable and cozy. Morgan was very accommodating and responsive. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful condo with all of the amenities of your own home.
Lovely, modern, and comfortable -- the decor was elegant and cozy and the kitchen and bathroom was stocked with items that you never want to have to worry about while on vacation (coffee, sugar, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc). I felt very much at home and away! One drawback, the pool and hot tub were open, but there were no chairs on the patio to sit on. Otherwise, lovely stay!

The King bed, one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a VRBO. This rates up there with another VRBO King that I slept in at Christchurch, NZ in 2017.
The kitchen remodeled with full appliances makes preparing meals easy and comfortable.
It was a bummer that we could not use the pool area. Not sure if that was covid or maintenance related. The pool was drained and then refilled while we were there; pool maintenance trucks were there, still a bummer. It did look inviting to use the recreation area, tennis courts, basketball court, spa and pool. However, the lower spa was open and we did use that several times. That spa was maybe 50 yards away from this condo's front door.

This small apartment was super clean and very comfortable. We travel to Tucson often and this is THE place to stay on the east side. It was very well taken care of (new) and appointed to the needs of the guest. No corners cut, which is refreshing! Thank you again Morgan, it was lovely.
