Wenn Sie zum bewachten Tor in Wild Pines hinauffahren, werden Sie von einem sorgfältig angelegten Grundstück fasziniert sein. Es gibt mehr als 1.400 Morgen, die für das Zusammenleben mit Naturschutzgebieten, zahlreichen Seen, tropischer Landschaftsgestaltung, Erholungswegen und drei Wasserparks vorgesehen sind. Unsere erste Etage Einheit wurde frisch mit neuen Farben, Deckenventilatoren, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Kissen, Teppichen und Küchenmöbeln aktualisiert. Es wurde von oben nach unten kraftgereinigt und ist bereit für den Genuss. Genießen Sie einen offenen Grundriss mit einer Ess- / Wohnzimmer-Kombination, die auf die abgeschirmte Veranda blickt, die von üppiger Landschaft und dem Golfplatz in der Ferne umgeben ist. Drei Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss und Highspeed-Internet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit allen neuen Betten und Kissen, einen Deckenventilator, ein Vollbad, einen montierten Flachbildschirm und einen Lanai-Zugang. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Neue Betten mit 3 "Memory Foam-Auflagen, Deckenventilator und Flachbildfernseher. Das Badezimmer befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vor der Tür und kann für ein eigenes Bad geschlossen werden. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine bequeme Couch für 1 Person und einen Liegestuhl zum Entspannen. Unsere Einheit ist nur wenige Schritte vom beheizten Pool, Whirlpool und Tennisplätzen in Wild Pines. Bonita Bay ist eine einfache 25-minütige Fahrt vom Flughafen RSW oder etwa 55 Minuten vom Flughafen Punta Gorda entfernt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay at Bonita Bay. The condo was as nice as the pictures reflected and Marni was inviting and responsive. My husband and I try to spend our anniversary each year in Florida. It’s a good excuse for us to plan a vacation. (54 years this year) Our son and granddaughter join us for part of the trip and that is always a fun time. The condo worked well for all of us. We love the area and now have found a special home away from home!

The place is even better than pictured. The condo is very newly remodeled and so modern and very nice. The place was exceptionally clean and the renters are amazing.
The Bonita Bay staff is wonderful! Shout out to Joe for making us feel right at home.

My husband and I have rented may condos over the years we have been vacationing in Florida. Never have we stayed in a condo that was so immaculate. The cleanliness and all of the little extra touches the owner provided were so appreciated. The location of the condo was surrounded by beautiful landscaping and peacefulness. It had everything you would want for a wonderful vacation.

Wild Pines # 102 was well appointed with many amenities. The unit was exceptionally clean and quiet. Community walking trails and nearby restaurants, beaches, community tennis and pool are a plus. Highly recommended.

This was our third stay in Wild Pines and we loved it. It was great to be in an updated condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed all the ammenties...especially the tennis courts, pool, and fishing in the pond. Riverwalk Park is our favorite one to drive to, but in the past we used our own bikes. We love being able to walk around the paths and docks there, be near the water and enjoy the area for dogs. We even heard and then saw dolphins one evening. Being in walking distance to DeRomo's Italian Deli and Roy's (especially for Aloha Hour) are definite bonuses. We always look forward to coming back to Wild Pines!

Tastefully decorated and very clean! The king bed was very comfy. We had everything we needed. Our daily walks through the neighborhood were beautiful. Marni was a great host and easy to reach out to. I’d stay here again.

The condo was well stocked with anything you could possibly need and the king bed was sooo comfortable. My hubby and I needed a respite from the cold and also some R&R after we both had been through some tough medical issues the past few months. The stay at Mark and Marni‘s condo was exactly what we needed. They had so many amenities and little things they provided for us that made the trip so pleasant and all communication with Marni was super easy and quick. She provided names of golf courses for my husband to check out as he is an avid golfer. The condo itself was very nice, on the ground floor, right next to the parking lot. Just a quick walk to the pool and Jacuzzi. Beautiful walking trails and lots to see and do. Pickleball and tennis courts next to pool. Walking distance from great restaurants and shops. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore more of the area. We will be back!

We had a great experience renting your condo. Everything was just as advertised and even cleaner than we expected. We appreciated all of the personal touches the condo provided that made it feel like we were at home. The location was excellent with many amenities close by. We loved DeRomas market and Restaurant. We used the private beach almost every night. We would definitely recommend this property to family & friends.

Stellar Condo
I rented this condo for my son and daughter-in-law to celebrate their honeymoon as husband and wife. The pictures of the condo are nothing compared to what my son and daughter-in-law experienced. Great location and beautiful surroundings
Marni and Mark were great hosts. They were very responsive when we had a minor issue and even reached out to remind us when the final payment was due (note to vrbo: configure payment reminders so that they don’t go to spam). The location was glorious and the unit, while smallish, was well appointed and clean. We loved Bonita Bay (our first stay there) and will definitely be back.

Great community! And very clean home . The pool was very clean a heated Tennis courts were very nice and spacious and well kept up. Amazing location to shopping and tons of restaurants I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who would like to stay in the Bonita springs area.
