Great location with an easy walk to Alex surf club with a patrolled beach. Pool and spa were great. Large balcony with a view into the central lagoon pool and gardens

Only 1 key meant that we had to coordinate ourselves Large step into the bath for a shower. Would not recommend if you have any mobility issues

Nice compact unit very comfortable for a couple with all the facilities necessary and very nice resort pool arrangement .Good location

Just needed a clothes airer to hang the clothes washing out to dry.

The Apartment is in a great location.

The apartment is tired, it could do with a deep clean and some paint. The apartment was not clean, there was other people’s hair in the sink and bath, toilet seat was dirty and the floor was just all swept under the table on checkin. We couldn’t park in the car space as they are very tight (we only have a small hatch back) plus the guy in the next space seemed to have a lot of permanent stuff stored and was parked over the line.

The gym was not easy to find. If there was a sauna, I didn't see it. Perhaps a sign/note would be good?? No sponge or steel wool to wash up or I couldn't see it. If Netflix was available, I needed directions on how to access it. Just minor things. No complaints. Might come back.

Really lovely facilities

Just a heads up that there's no access to the pool area etc. after you drop the keys in the lockbox. Understandable - it's not a resort booking - just mentioning it to help others with planning.

All the facilities were a surprise. Lagoons, pools, spas, saunas, gym. The place was in an amazing location. The apartment was really comfy and homely. Everything we needed Quick responses when I messaged
