It was the perfect stay for us. Accommodated all our guests needs, LaShaun was a rockstar host and was the most hospitable host I’ve ever had. She got the bride a welcome gift and even a ring floaty for the pool. The process was smooth all the way through. I genuinely can’t wait to stay here again.

If you need a space that can accommodate your entire family, look no further This residence is 10 min from the airport and the beach, 2 min from stores. Space has a great layout and the outdoor pool and gazebo is made for a good space to entertain. Would rent again without hesitation

Wonderful pool which the kids & adults loved! Plenty of room for the entire family. Kitchen had every gadget you could need plus some! Only a few miles from the beach and the port which was a bonus. Could not have asked for a better host, the best we’ve had at any rental we have stayed at. Questions were answered very quickly! Thank you for a great stay!!

Feb. 17-22 / 2024. Our family, 4 siblings and spouses so 8 total, stayed here for 5 nights to explore the Miami area before embarking on a 4 night cruise to Dominic Republic. We loved the size of the house as each couple had their own bedroom and washroom. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen was awesome with every appliance imaginable. Our favourite spot of the house, undoubtedly, was the back patio and pool. Coming from Canada, we thoroughly enjoyed floating in the pool in the middle of Feb. Overall, we all had a great time and would definitely come back here for another family adventure. Thank you to our hostess for responding to our questions within minutes and for leaving us the lovely bottle of wine for the 2 birthdays we were celebrating.

The host is very responsive and answered questions very promptly each time. Also, we were able to check out later (our plane was delayed) for which we were extremely appreciative. The pool was AMAZING - water was warm (due to the heater) which was perfect for the temp at the time of our trip - it was warm but not warm enough to not use the eater, se we were grateful for this feature. The neighborhood although seemed not looking great was very quiet, and we felt safe. :) Location is perfect, close to the markets (if you need) and very manageable distance from Miami where we did some activities. If I go back to that region, I for sure would love to rent again this property from this host. Highly recommend it. :) I feel I chose wisely and we all (there was 7 of us) had a great time. House was perfect for our group of 11. Beautiful renovated home! Clean well stocked kitchen. Pool and yard where wonderful and pool was heated! Lashaun responded very quickly to all questions. We would rent this home again. We all give this home a 5++++rating! Thanks Lashaun for everything!

From the outside the property looks small, particularly when you first drive up. However, when you enter this house you will be impressed with its size and and its modern, well-appointed accoutrements. There were 8 of us in a space that easily could have fit 12-14 adults. The owner has done an excellent job preparing the house for the comfort of her guests, and, for us, she always was immediately available to answer any questions. Neither she nor the house disappoints. We definitely would do this again.

From first contact to the end of our stay our host Lashaun could not have been more professional. Always responded to every question with 24 hours, most times instantly. The home was as advertised with every amenity known in the kitchen. The pool and backyard sitting area were our favourite place to hang out and spend family time. We all truly had a fantastic stay!!! Lashaun is heaven sent. I’ve traveled and stayed at host properties many times none like this. Above and beyond is truly an understatement. My group of ladies stayed at this property recently for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and we were met with everything we needed from appliances, to pool accessories, to a surprise bottle of champagne for the guest of honor. No detail is missed with this property each one of the ladies loves their rooms and the common areas. The host made sure to checked in with us to make ensure our stay was comfortable. She allowed us to check in early as we had earlier flights. Even allowed a few of the ladies with later flights to stay behind a bit longer. I wish there were than stars I could give she truly outdone herself with this property definitely will be my first choice to stay on my next trip to FL. Honesty a review does no justice. Simply put BOOK THIS HOUSE you won’t regret it. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your generosity.

It's our 25 years of gettogether.It went well. As states, all Amenities are in good condition..Grill, Swimming pool etc. owner is kind and reachable for any help.

The proximity of the property was great. Grocery store close by, Sawgrass Recreation Park, and airport. Pool was clean, excellent laundry area, a great stay. We appreciated the birthday balloons and beverage left for us too!

First of all the host was wonderful. Everything you could have possible needed was in the home. My family meet in different parts of Florida numerous time through out the year and we are very happy we chose this property. Nice time had by all. We thank Lashaun for going overboard to ensure the place was nice.

I will start by saying this, this house, location & cost couldn’t have been any more ideal & perfect for all of us couples. Lashaun’s property accommodated us with everything and more….from the inside of the house to the outside. All the appliances you could ask for, the heated pool and the entire relaxation area in the backyard, the grill etc. This location is a definite 10/10 and we will be booking this house again in the near future. Needless to say, whoever decides to book this house, will not be disappointed. Strongly recommended!

It was very nice except that I hurt myself from the edge of my bed. I still have scars. I bled twice and nothing was done. I was told you cannot do anything for me

Went here for a spring break getaway for a few days and let me just say, 10/10 experience for all of the us. The house was beautiful and a great location. We ran into a little issue on our way there, but Lashaun was up late and ready to help us. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes.

The Host was Great.. the Property wonderful next level enjoyed the stay and right around the beach nice spot...

Six teammates arrived to play in a US Lacrosse tournament (Senior division) in Weston. During our search for a house we wanted a home with 6 bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. A kitchen and eating area for breakfasts and lunches (this kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you could need! Plus, Publix grocery store was only about a mile away!). We also wanted to be close to great local restaurants and we had that too...we were only a few miles from the main strip downtown which had plenty of great restaurants, pubs and bars! After our games, we were able to enjoy the heated pool in the backyard plus the beach which was only 1.5 miles away (North Hollywood Beach) or 3 miles to Dania Beach!! Plus, the home was only a 20-25 min ride to the lacrosse fields in Weston which made going back and forth between games a snap! Lashaun did a great communicating all the necessary information for the arrival process, plus answered all our questions and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay! The only comments...one of the bathroom showers was a little small and the beds were a bit low. However, we all agreed the house was great and we had an excellent time and experience!

I have been coming to Florida for the past four years for the Jets vs Dolphins game, and this house by far is the best house that I ever stayed at. The house was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was close to many stores and restaurants. I stayed there with 5 of my coworkers, and no one had any complaints. Additionally, Lashaun was an exceptional host who was very accessible and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
