We had an awesome time at this property. We were lucky enough to have benefitted from snowfall from earlier in the week so we spent the weekend enjoying plenty of time outdoors playing in the snow and enjoying the fire pit right on the property. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 6 kids. The accommodations were perfect with bunk beds and cribs available for even the smallest children in our group. The space was perfect and we had everything we needed. Looking forward to visiting this property again.

It was two families with kids from ages 11-13. We had a fantastic time on the property. We never left because there was plenty to do there. Everything you could need was there for entertainment, and amenities were top-notch.

We had a great time at this property. The house was very spacious and was fully stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are going with a large group. I loved that there was space for the kids to sled on the property, so we didn’t need to go out.

Our stay was amazing ! The house had everything you could possibly need! We never had to leave the house for anything. The house was very clean and everything was great. Michael was very responsive for any questions we possibly had! Definitely want to come back!

Our family had a wonderful trip. The cabin was just as beautiful as the pictures. It had everything we needed, and all of the kid-friendly activities were amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub, grilling on the deck, family time sledding and playing in the snow, and smores on the fire pit. Michael was so easy to work with from the booking to check out. Would recommend this cabin to any large family. Our family hopes to be able to do this again next year!

This is a beautiful house perfect for family and friends. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and he responded immediately with any questions. If you have an older crowd the driveway could be a challenge in the snow. House is very close to Bear Mountain and Snow Summit and a beautiful little neighborhood. Would go again and again. Great trip.

Just before Christmas 2021 our extended family of 10 adults and 4 children enjoyed a 4 day stay at this beautiful property. There was plenty of show and facilities for activities by all ages. I highly recommend this experience.

We had such an amazing time at the cabin!! The host was super helpful and approachable, he helped me out with all of our questions. The only issue we faced was the driveway being too steep and covered with snow for some of our cars to get up, but after turning on the driveway heater it became more manageable! Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely pick this cabin again the next time I decide to make a trip to Big Bear!

If you’re planning a large group getaway to Big Bear, look no further than Michael’s incredible property. With a metric ton of comfortable beds, ample bathrooms, and countless amenities, it was the perfect way to spend a weekend in the mountains. From the well stocked kitchen to the sizeable hot tub to the fire pit, there is so much to love about this place. Likewise, Michael was incredibly communicative, helpful, and quick to respond to any messages I sent him. I would happily stay here again and I encourage you to do the same.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here! The home is not only beautiful, but also so comfortable; it feels like home the minute you walk in. It is meticulously decorated, the linens and beds are super cozy, the outdoor space is even better then we imagined and the location is perfect! There is something to do for everyone and every age. Michael was super fast to get back to me with any questions I had and gave us great recommendations of things to do, places to go and restaurants. We will definitely be back! We absolutely loved our time here!

First of all our reaction to the place was WOW. This place was stunning. Not your typical mountain cabin. You can tell a designer had its touch in every room. So clean and well kept. Thoughtful extras for guest including beverages in refrigerator. Down comforters and pillows in every room. The kitchen was completely stocked with nice dishes and cooking utensils for any meal you want to prepare. They have a fantastic large barbecue, which we used frequently, on the patio with a outside dining area. There is even a wonderful covered fire pit which our family took advantage of and made a great s’mores bar and enjoyed with the utensils they had provided. The property has so many thing for everyone. We had kids of all ages infant, 1 year, 3, 6, 8, 9,13, and 14 everyone found things they loved to do. The redwood play structure keep them busy along with the ninja line, trampoline and a tree house. The property was so large with so many trees, bridges and paths that it made it so fun for scavenger hunts adventures and games. We did make it to Alpine slides nearby and the zoo, which was incredible, but other than that, the kids had so much fun, they wanted to stay there and not take advantage of the many other activities nearby. The family also spent a lot of time in the spa which was also an additional bonus. It was clean and water temperature perfect. The adults had a blast on the electric bikes and scooters. For indoor activities everyone enjoyed the upstairs pool table, there were tons of games, blocks and toys for the little ones. Karaoke and Netflix, My granddaughter even found a beautiful doll house to play with. The older kids spent most of the time upstairs. They had safety gates on stairs and hallway we could put up when needed. High chairs, 2 cribs and a pack and play was also available which really helped. I also noticed many inflatable beds and soft mattresses in case you need to rearrange your sleeping arrangements with kids. Washing machine. Walk in shower and jacuzzi baths. I could go on and on. We even saw a Black Bear on the edge of the property the day before we left. Michael, the owner was amazing, he is available for anything you need and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back.

This is a beautiful, clean home in a great location. It has all the amenities you need and was great for the kids. We loved the electric bikes and scooters too, they were a nice addition. We will be back!

If I could give 10 stars I would! This place is beyond amazing! Literally the best experience we’ve ever had when staying away from home. They have thought of EVERYTHING in regards to making their home perfect for any and everyone. The most family friendly home I’ve ever stayed in. There is something for everyone. We had THE BEST time ever and cannot wait to go back. I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else when in Big Bear.... nothing could possibly compare! Memories are priceless and this home provides the opportunities for countless lasting memories. We had 3 families and all stayed here together with so much room to spare. To top it off, they are the most wonderful hosts! It’s almost as if you’re staying in a friend’s home.... they’re THAT great. Do yourself a favor and stay here... more than worth it!

It was excellent clean, spacious, & many fun in house activities & outdoor for the kids. A great vacation rental & i highly recommend for a family, group or friend vacation. You will enjoy your stay!

I cannot rave enough about our accommodations, our host and the perfect amenities made available to us throughout our stay. We were two families looking for a child friendly AND adult vibing getaway- both of us-with 2 (almost) 3 yr olds and 2 6 month old babies.. the house, the backyard, the playstructure, the trampoline, the hot tub, the easy access to the Zoo and the pedal path... and and.. I could go on.. but you'd think the owner was paying me.. :) We couldn't have asked for a better getaway retreat in Big Bear.. and one of the nicest, most updated cabins I've stayed at to date... We have plans to go back with the kids, and yes, plans to go back without em, someday!! Thank You Micahel and family!!!!! xoxoxo

We could not have asked for a better place to spend a weekend away with our family! The house was beautiful and perfect for a family with kiddos who love to play outdoors. My family and I loved our stay at Evergreen Estates! The house and property is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The house has everything to keep a family entertained! .Pool table, card table, scooters, bikes, trampoline, karaoke machine and more! It also came equipped with all the pots, pans, cups etc. which was great! Many rentals do not provide that. Our host Michael provided excellent service and detailed information from the time I booked to time of check out! He is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Michael!

This house is fabulous and everything you could ask for in a rental property during Covid. We choose this house so we didn’t have to leave, and we didn’t. Between the private sledding slope, hot tub, play equipment, bar, toiletries, housewares, this house had it all. The towels and sheets were quality and abundant. There were games and books galore. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, coffee makers, cookie sheets, curing boards, etc. the knives were even sharp, which never happened at a rental. The layout was great for 3 families with kids. The kids all bunked in the upstairs master, and the adults slept downstairs. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Michael was quick to respond to my questions before and throughout our stay. You can tell the owner and his family stay here. They really take care of this place.

I’m so glad that I booked this place, this was the most kids friendly place I ever booked! This house was very clean and cozy inside better than the pictures, huge backyard with kids playground, trampoline, the hill made a wonderful sledding place for kids and adults! The owner was very helpful, very easy to communicate. Any questions or problems we had he always replied us and help us solve the problems right away. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay here, will definitely coming back!

We expected this property to be very nice and it totally delivered and more. There were so many things this cabin had that weren’t even listed (I.e. double bob stroller). The owner was super friendly and very responsive, before, during, and after our stay. We will surely come back soon!

We couldn’t be happier. The house setup was perfect! The twenty year olds stayed upstairs with all amenities except a kitchen and us oldies stayed downstairs. We didn’t have a good experience with the last cable we rented so I came prepared with extra items for the kitchen which I NEVER had to use. This cabin had it ALL!!! Our host, Michael, was on point and ahead with updates and planning for our arriving. He was VERY responsive. EVERYONE had a great time!!

We just finished our annual friends/family Christmas vacation and was blown away with this property. We travel quite a bit (at least 2-3 times a year) so having other properties to compare to speaks volumes. First and foremost, Michael was the absolute best host and so responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I would say the longest it took him to respond to anything was perhaps 15 mins. The property has everything anyone could ask for. There wasn't a single detail that wasn't thought of. Simply pleasures such as the quality of the toilet paper (YES TOILET PAPER) was thought of. Many rental properties usually go cheap with the toiletries but not this one. Amenities are superb and more important, works! From the trampoline, sleds, grill, jacuzzi, jungle gym, electric scooter...this property had it all. We didn't even have the need to leave the house and the kids were never bored. We will absolutely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Evergreen Estates. The house is so well equipped and the surrounding grounds have everything you need. The jacuzzi and outdoor fire pits were a big hit with the adults and the kids loved the electric bikes. The location was great too. Can’t wait to get back there!

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and the house was everything we wanted. Michael is fantastic to work with and very responsive as the owner/manager of the property. Our grandchildren enjoyed all of the outdoor activities and the home is large enough that we could spread out the kids for sleeping. Five stars, for sure!

I took my adult children and my grandchildren to Big Bear for a family get together. This home was immaculate and fully stocked. The beds and other accommodations were first class. All the games, puzzles and outdoor activities you could ask for. Owner was great. Family wants this to be a new tradition!

We could not have asked for a single thing to be different in this home or from our host Michael. The house has everything you need and is equally great for kids and adults. Clean and just to perfection. Thanks Michael. We WILL be back!

Just returned from a family getaway to Big Bear- we cannot say enough great things about this property, the host thought of everything! The home itself is beautiful, well-appointed and immaculate and sits in a picturesque, quiet neighborhood with very close proximity to the lake and stores/restaurants. There were so many things to keep our kids entertained inside and out- lots of room for them to run around. The adults enjoyed the spacious hot tub and had a blast on the motorized scooters! There are plenty of sleeping options to accommodate multiple families and still feel like you have your own space. Host was excellent and we look forward to returning!
