The host was very friendly. We arrived by ferry from Corsica, but we were delayed for over an hour. This was no problem, because the host lived next door. It was also amazing how clean the appartment was. The location was perfect; at only 10 minutes from the ferry (by car). A paid parking was very close by. The host thought about everything. We travelled with a young child and the host offered a baby-bed and highchair. There were also some childbooks present. The fridge was filled with a beer, water, yoghurt, cheese and fresh fruits. For breakfast, there was a variety of sweet breads, cereals, milk (also lactose-free), toast, marmelade and good coffee (nespresso). Thank you!!

We only stayed for 1 night and did not experience any issues with the facilities. In fact, we got more than we hoped for. If we would have stayed longer, then we would have probably missed a seating area were we can comfortably relax.

Never seen such a clean place

Great location, most hospitable host I have ever come across. Excellent facilities and the best stocked kitchen with food galore and coffee! (No expense spared!). I truly recommend this place as its a 2 bedroom place and plenty of room for eveb 2 couples. The wine in the fridge qas a nice touch. All up very thoughtful and considered approach to hosting. I was very impressed. Also, very quiet so I finally had the sleep I needed after touring across Italy for 4 months. Definitely the best place I've stayed at!

Great apartment in Livorno and the host was very friendly. The rooms and bathroom were great along with a good sized breakfast.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and got charged for both rooms. Now speaking with booking.com for a refund. Shame!

Everything was great, especially the host and his wife, they are really nice, ready to help with everything, even with finding the parking place. The appartment is literally in the center, but no problem with parking and it’s also very close to the port. Very good offer for breakfast and appartment is really clean and cozy.

Altough it is written that the breakfast is included, don't expect a standard one. You have croissants, milk, yoghurt and a bit of bread included in the kitchen.

The apartment was carefully designed and had everything can one need. It was spotless clean and new furbished. Breakfast rich was at a great choice. The communication with the host was perfect . I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a perfect place, very well situated in the center of the city many buses stopping just a few metres away.

The host was great and very helpful and lives just next door in the building. Beautifully decorated and spotless apartment with two large bedrooms and very nice bathroom. Food and snacks abundant throughout. on a main street in the shopping district but still very quiet due to great windows. Super comfortable beds. would love to stay here again for a longer period.

Because if Covid-19 breakfast was yogurt and many other selections of prepackaged foods. everything else was perfect!!

Big room, host is perfect. He indicated a very good restaurant. He adapted to the hour we arrived and indicated various options to park outside to ZTL.

Due to Covid, we have to prepare our own breakfast with industrials products at our disposal.

Marco is a charming and thoughtful host, always ready with recommendations and information. Coordinating our arrival was simple, and Marco was on hand when we got there. The apartment was very clean, bright and central and stocked with more breakfast food than you could possibly need. If you're travelling on to the Tuscan islands, it's fairly handy for the city-centre ferry port too. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, extremely supportive and communicative host, the accomodation was excellent- clean, very well equipped, near the city centre and port. Secure parking in Parcheggio Moderno just round the corner. Fully reccomend!! Grazie mille, Marco :-)
