The property was gorgeous and location superb with fabulous views. It is at the end of a quiet street and was the perfect place to come home to after a day exploring Cyprus. It was great value for money with everything you need including a crystal clear view. We arrived late and loved the welcome pack of groceries including a bottle of wine! Thanks Elena.

Everything was perfect, the host Marios and his family could not have been more helpful, even to the point where we had a mix up with me not getting the message regarding the lockbox for the entry key, I had to call him at 3:00am and he was so understanding. They provided us with supplies upon arrival milk, cereal, coffee too many to mention, so thoughtful, and there were many more thoughtful touches. The property is beautifully designed, we loved the decor, our favourite space was the BBQ on the top floor amazing place to eat and drink whilst watching the sunset, absolutely stunning. It was baking hot but all rooms had air conditioning. The swimming pool was crystal clear. The location near Coral Bay was great, we loved the next beach Corallia Beach, it is only 15 minutes to Old Town Paphos and the harbour both well worth a visit. We managed to do the Quad Bike tour, we have 4 children, the two eldest had quad bikes, the younger two travelled with mum and dad in a jeep, it was such fun. We also made the Blue Lagoon trip with Blue Diamond based at Latchi, we all loved this, and we also went to the water park which guess what we all loved too. All in all we had a wonderful time in Cyprus, and we're all hugely thankful to Marios and his family for looking after us so well.

Only one tiny thing which is in one of the double bed bedrooms could perhaps have the option of a double which could be split into twin beds, our two youngest 12 and 13 year old boys had to share a double bed, no biggie.

Lovely, spacious villa with everything you need. Gorgeous rooftop patio to enjoy the sunset. Great location-away from the tourist hubs. Would definitely go back again!

The villas are well appointed with en suite bathrooms making it comfortable for a group stay. Close to the beach and main road to allow east access to all sights but not so close that noise was a problem. Lovely pool and outside seating and dining area. A large and functional kitchen, well equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay.

It was not well cleaned and was untidy. So first impressions were not great.

Beautiful location, beautiful house. Thoughtful touches like providing a continental breakfast, bottle of water, juice and even a bottle of wine! Kitchen was fairly well stocked. The pool area is a lovely place to relax or have fun and well maintained. Decorations make it feel homely. Owner easily contactable and after some confusion got a travel cot sorted for our 14 month old at short notice, very quickly- which was comfortable and clean for our girl.

The mattress protector was a very cheap, noisy terry-towel and the bed sheets and towels were very worn and stained. The bathrooms were a little dirty around the edges. The high chair was too dirty for use with mould on the straps (we used our travel booster seat in the end).

The villa is amazing. Location, facilities, cleanliness are perfect!

if you want quiet and can cope or avoid walking up the hill from the main road it’s the place for you.

Amazing villa with beautiful pool and grounds. Wonderful facilities throughout. Pool cleaned twice a week. Please walk in to the village to try Kambana, a lovely traditional taverna.
