We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is nice and quiet, the house is wonderful, decorated with real good taste, every room has a heater so we didn't freeze in the middle of November 😁 Pavlos is a super nice host, he kept in touch during the whole stay and gave us some useful tips about the local sightseeings.
The villa is highly recommended if you want to spend some good time with your friends and family

A charming combination of authenticity and comfort, new and old, traditional and modern. Charming and beautiful design, attention to every detail - to create comfort, warm, atmosphere. You feel spoiled.

The villa is a lovely restored traditional house with all the modern day needs that any traveller would require. We didn't get to meet the hosts but they were readily available whenever we needed them and gave us lots of tips about the area and things to do. Welcome bread and local cheese was also a lovely touch to our arrival (the anari was delicious!). We were 4 friends and the house as well as the rooms were all very comfortable and spacious. There is one parking space outside the house dedicated to the villa which is a big bonus as most stone houses in villages in Cyprus do not offer this. The wifi was also super fast and reliable and being able to log into our Netflix on the TV was a big plus :)
While there is not much to see and do in the village of Pachna, the villa is conveniently located for visiting all the surrounding sites by car including some amazing wineries, other picturesque villages as well as the beaches of Pissouri and Avdymou. Unfortunately we didn't get to test out the pool as we had hoped because the weather wasn't on our side but it was very clean and inviting nonetheless!

The old farming house completely restored, but with great taste and authentic charm. Ideal for up to 8 people. The owner/manager is very helpful and provides a number a tips and recommendations for trips and other activities in the neighborhood. The grocery store is just around the corner - very convenient. There is no A/C system in the villa, however the ceiling fans did the work also in the summer (July).
The villa is located just next to the road - it is not very busy, however in the morning it was quite noisy in two bedrooms located in this part of the villa.

Such a gorgeous villa, we were absolutely amazed! Beautiful little, cozy town, quiet, calm, private villa. Super spacious, perfect for families, bigger groups of friends. Great outside area with cozy sunbeds, beautiful pool, a lot of greenery, even tiny herb garden! Limes and lemons growing in the garden. There is everything you could possibly need in the villa, fully equipped kitchen, countless towels, all the amenities, the design of the main building - kitchen/living room is so cozy and aesthetic. Owners left us a bottle of red wine, freshly baked bread and fresh cheeses which was an absolutely lovely touch to the whole experience. Also, owners were super helpful with recommendations where to go, what to see and eat around the area. Overall - exceptional! Totally worth the money. Refreshing experience in Cyprus.

The villa is exceptional in every way. The restoration and modernisation of the complex was incredibly well done with an eye to quality, comfort, and beauty. The kitchen was the best we’ve experienced both in design and in the kitting out. The showers were hot with great water pressure. The wifi system was first class with great coverage. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The outdoor area was gorgeous. The hosts were attentive, responsive, and had great touring advice.

The traditional old stone house is a great place for relaxing with our family. Villa is fully equiped, kitchen has everything you need, including high tech appliences. Nicely located, small market few meters away. The owners made us feel welcome from the very first day we booked the villa. Upon arrival we found in the kitchen 2 fresh local cheases, localy baked warm bread, lovely bottle of cypriot wine and cold water in the fridge! Very nice gesture and highly appreciated. Rooms and bathrooms very clean, beds comfortable. Pool was a great add to our experience as we were there during the heat wave with highest recorded temperatures ever in Cyprus. The garden is extremely cozy with impressive facilities for bbq, including souvla and ofto for a traditional cypriot country side experience. We loved this small vacation and we will definetely visit this place again.
