Mountain Villa with private pool
Diese neu gebaute Villa hebt sich von den anderen ab. Es erstreckt sich über drei Etagen und bietet seinen Gästen fantastische Unterkünfte. Es gibt 4 Doppelzimmer mit Bad, wobei die Master-Suite ein eigenes Ankleidezimmer hat und das fünfte Schlafzimmer ein Einzelzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa ist.
Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einer großen offenen Küche, einem Wohn- und Essbereich mit herrlichem Blick über Ovacik. Der Wohnbereich geht auf den Pool- und Terrassenbereich über und verfügt über ein zentrales Gewölbe-Atrium mit Galeriebereich in der halbkreisförmigen Mittelverglasung. Die Villa verfügt über einen eigenen Infinity-Pool und einen Whirlpool. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit eingebautem Grill und Tisch und Stühlen, eine Außenkabine und einen angelegten Garten. Es gibt auch einen großen Parkplatz für Fahrzeuge.
Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und WLAN. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher mit Netflix und Sky Sports.
Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits der Berge und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den örtlichen Bars und Restaurants entfernt.
Das Anwesen wurde vom erfahrenen britischen Architekten mit viel Liebe zum Detail mit Möbeln und Bildern ausgestattet und es wurden keine Kosten gescheut, um dieses atemberaubende Anwesen fertigzustellen.

The villa is stunning! My family of 9 people stayed in this huge villa for 10 days, the villa is extremely spacious with a great outdoor swimming pool that has fantastic views.
The is a taxi call point a few metres from the villa, they only take a few minutes to arrive and so convenient to take you to the town and other places.
Cleaners came twice during our stay and provided fresh towels and bedding.
I would highly recommend this villa, the owner is extremely helpful and responds to any questions via email quickly.

Just came back from a two week stay, we have to say this was the best villa we have stayed in and also the biggest and best villa in the area. It literally had everything we needed, was very modern and in truth we chose to stay in the villa a lot more than we expected as it was so nice !!
The views were also as spectacular as described. Also Communication with the owner from start to finish was exceptional. We were a family of 9 with ages ranging from 17 to 42. Everyone one of us enjoyed our stay !

This was a family holiday for 6 and the villa was so spacious, beautiful inside and out with everything you would need
There were plenty of sunbeds and a great size infinity pool with beautiful view's over Ovicik
We did find some rooms air conditioning were slightly better than others and we had the odd morning were the water was off but not for long,
It is off the road a bit but then its a mountain villa with fantastic scenery and we chose it for that
Taxi stand were you literally press a button and its there in a few minutes is a few yards away from the villa , so no problems getting into towns were there are great bars and restaurants
Overall all 6 of us had the most fabulous time, actually didnt want to leave , a week is not enough in this beautiful place ! .

The villa is beautiful clean spacious and incredible views. Martyn was a brilliant host nothing too much trouble. From picking up keys to dropping them off everything so easy. The only shame was Jacuzzi not working but did it spoil our experience not a chance would highly recommend the villa. The pool is amazing and facilities at villa were brilliant.

The villa is beautiful. Location is perfect for getting to anywhere you may want to go although chillin out at the villa is just as good. One and only disappointment was although we were here early September the pool was very cold. Too cold for our nine month old grandson so bought a paddling pool for him. Taxis are really cheap. There are soo many bars and restaurants to choose from you are spoilt for choice

Wonderful villa, very spacious and well laid out, it was a great location to easily walk to local bars and restaurants. Local taxis are really easy to catch. We had a wonderful stay, owner arranged a mini bus to pick us all up. Villa was regularly cleaned and fresh towels provided during our stay. There are even pool beach towels. The villa was stocked up when we got there, food and wine in the fridge, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets & washing powder. Owner was really supportive and I would highly recommend this villa.

I visited the villa with my husband and three teenage children. It is very spacious and exactly as described. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. Situated in an elevated position with incredible views.
The pool is sizeable with plenty of sun loungers and sunshine all day.
There is a restaurant close by but only for breakfast and lunch. We hired a car from Dalaman airport with was very easy and the drive to the property is straightforward. We did a pin drop of the hotel where the keys are located and the villa before we left England. You do need a car or a taxi to get to the supermarket or any of the restaurants in Ovacik or the beach.
The property is very well maintained and was spotless when we arrived. Martyn is very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to our requirements.
We would definitely recommend a stay in the villa for a relaxing week of Turkish sun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The Villa is very generous with space:
Large and beautiful kitchen, Very spacious living room and sitting area.
There were Four large rooms, all with with their own en-suite, and balconies and gorgeous views.
The fifth room, however is a disappointment, barely enough for one person, and no en-suite.
Since we stayed in November, off peak, the weather there was a bit chilly. I am sure this Villa would been amazing during the season.
Couple of issues while we stayed:
The main pool and the hot tub were not available (out of season)
Some of the A/Cs were not strong enough to heat some of the rooms. (it was a bit cold outside). We also did not have hot water for two day.
Complements to the maintenance team, they attended to all of our requests, and fixed the hot water in good time.
Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and would stay there again.

Lovely villa with fantastic views and pool. Very clean and well looked after. Disappointed jacuzzi wasn’t working and thought owner should of let us know before we arrived however the villa is so nice this is just being picky. Good communication throughout from owner. We found villa a little off the beaten track and cabs quite hard to get but once they arrived very they are very cheap. All in all lovely place you couldn’t be more than delighted with how lovely the place is.

Great Villa and location, extremely clean and great location. Kids loved it. Only issues are temporary shortage of water from time to time and odd 2 seconds blackouts. Definitely need a car next time as taxi takes long to arrive and transfers always 30mins late. Other than that it was great and will definitely come back again.

An Absolutely Stunning Property
We absolutely loved our stay in the villa.
The property itself is flawless throughout, every single angle is eloquent and truly feels class. The grounds have been updated from the photos with more flowers and plants to compliment the property.
Any issues we had were promptly resolved by the Orka team, though their lack of English and our lack of Turkish made things slightly confusing at times.
The property is located within 200m of an amazing breakfast and lunch place called Nefes, which is as cheap as it is brilliant, meaning there’s plenty of opportunity to enjoy the local food.
The town itself has its own water park, many supermarkets and restaurants/take-aways, plenty of tourist trip companies and even its own bar and shopping district.
If you aren’t renting a car, there’s a convenient taxi stop which requests a taxi at the push of a button, less than 40m from the property.
We were welcomed to the property with a fridge full of essentials and alcohol, cupboards stacked with towels and beach things, and bathrooms kitted out with everything you could need for washing.
The price for the villa is astonishing when considering the quality of it, and I can’t wait to come again.
We’d all thoroughly recommend saying here and experiencing Oludeniz.

Amazing villa with lovely views
The villa was incredibly clean and well equipped! The 4 main bedrooms where spacious with lovely large en-suites but the 5th “bedroom” was more of a cupboard with no air conditioning and no plug socket, fine for a child if not to hot! We rented a car and struggled to find the hotel to collect the keys from, it definitely wasn’t 500 yards from the villa so would suggest taxi transfer and then hire a car locally if you don’t know the area.

Stunning property
The property looks just like the pictures. It’s very striking and furnished nicely. At this time of year the pool and hot tub were freezing so we couldn’t go in but I’m sure during the summer it will be warmer from the sun as it’s not heated. The property is a little remote to what we are used to. The roads surrounding it are unfinished and unless you have a car, getting anywhere will be a long walk. There is however a button just outside which calls taxis in about 5 mins and any trip locally costs £2-£3 so we did this to get everywhere. If you want somewhere a bit quieter and like the pictures, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing time in Turkey
We booked this villa as we needed a well deserved break after the lockdown period. We chose Turkey because of being to fly there and back without having to quarantine. Ovacik is a lovely area with some lovely hideaway restaurants in the area of Fethiye and Hisaronu. It’s about 10 mins drive to the ever popular blue lagoon which is beautiful. The villa is set below a mountain with such amazing views, each Bedroom has its own bathroom which works perfectly if you’re a larger family. It’s a new fresh clean villa , and you would not be disappointed if you booked it. I can’t wait to return!
