Door cannot be opened twice n have to call technician until have to change room. But the new room d door lock broken. The blind in the toilet cannot roll down, there’s come out water from d fridge.

Finding the place was easy enough and parking was more than adequate. Check-in process was quick and the hotel ambiance was really nice. The room was adequately spacious as the design making use of minimal space. The room and bathroom was really clean and nicely designed. Fully equip with amenities along with mini fridge. The bed was really comfy and with excellent buffet-style breakfast provided. Breakfast option was limited but it's being counter with good service and good quality cooking. Around the place, I believe it's mostly banks but there's a supermarket walking distance from the hotel for supplies.

Concierge service was not available or it seems because I did stop by in-front of the lobby to ask direction to parking but no one offer to take my luggage. In-room TV, though it was huge Smart TV but it's not activated hence no Netflix :(

Had a truly remarkable experience in this Hotel. The beds were not only incredibly comfortable but also maintained impeccable cleanliness.

I had booked 3 rooms and request to have a connecting room. Did mention no connecting rooma available Like the front offfice staff who are able to listen to my request 1. The 1st room assigned - air cond was dripping and not cold at all 2. Found out 1 of the booking room was a connecting room then request to move to beside connecting room - but front office stated the room was in maintenance 3. Did changed the room to the connecting room after maintenance was done Front office should make more initiative move to let customer more satisfied with the stay Room view was pretty. Toilet was clean. I did order a salad and paid for it but did not received, but the room service did send to me again.

The rooms was dusty. My mother and I after sleep 1 night was itchy and bit by insect. The shower holder is fragile where pull harder would fall off. Another room that was okie in the afternoon when check In, found out the aircond was not cold in the night Room service a bit slow food just warm cold, ayam pansuh was just okie, the rice seem not fully cooked, cocktail was good
