La stanza con bagno incluso è molto comoda e ampia. Ideale per chi vuole un soggiorno immerso in un clima di silenzio. La camera è dotata anche di un balcone molto carino con di fronte una palazzina, in quanto si trova inserito in un complesso di condomini, ma dal quale si vede anche un po’ il mare. In camera ho trovato disponibili sapone liquido per le mani, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo, le quali però erano presenti in flaconi standard e non in formato da viaggio (o comunque per singolo ospite) di conseguenza non ho particolarmente apprezzato questo aspetto, ma sicuramente ideali per chi non ha dietro nulla di tutto questo.

La camera, così come il bagno, erano pulite ma non pulitissime. L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori, nel senso che, nonostante gli accordi presi sull’orario del mio arrivo in struttura, il che sono stati davvero flessibili e questo è un punto a loro favore, la camera non era ancora pronta, sono stato dunque invitato a sostare in una camera provvisoria per qualche minuto, il quale si è convertito per un totale di attesa di circa 20 minuti. Per quel che mi riguarda, questo è un disagio che non può passare inosservato, soprattutto per chi lavora al fine di creare servizi di questo genere. Mi aspettavo quindi una “piccola” riduzione del totale rispetto a quanto dovevo, ma questo non è avvenuto… anzi, ho notato una certa disinvoltura a riguardo… Un altro punto a sfavore è che la colazione non è inclusa. Il palazzo, ed anche l’appartamento in genere, ad esclusione della singola camera, è molto buio, il che non rende l’ambiente molto accogliente… Dal box doccia purtroppo perdeva acqua e infine nella TV ho trovato disponibili sono i canali Rai, ma non ho trovato nulla riguardo le reti Mediaset…

I stayed for 2 weeks and I liked that all facilities were available. Host replies within minutes on whatsapp and he is always happy to help. The kitchen was big so I was able to cook when I wanted to. Its in a safe complex and the room with the balcony has a cute partial view of the sea. I highly recommend the place.

Its not that I didnt like it but if you have trouble walking long distances, the property is a ~10 min walk from the nearest bus stop. There is no clothes washing machine but you can go to a laundry place which is a 10 min walk from the place.

Perfect location, clean room, towels, well equipped kitchen.

First of all, the hosts were so kind and helpfull as i had some problems on the way. The place was great with big rooms, good kitchen and a balcony where i could dry my clothes after doing laundry. This was close to the beach and going to the center with bus or tram was pretty easy. I liked how quiet and dark the room was at night and would recommend this to someone who doesn't need to be at the heart of the center to enjoy their stay. I really enjoyed mine!

- I really had a great experience with this place, from the start: the guardian at the gate called somebody who knew english, so he could help me, some random neighbor passing by showed me to the correct address and helped me park my var in the very narrow yard, the owner's mom took me with her car to get something to eat (she didn't even speak english, but we understood eachother somehow) and even though there was a shared bathroom, I was the only one who booked for that night so I was alone in the whole apartment. - I arrived late and the owner was very nice about it - everything looks very good and modern, I truly enjoyed my stay :)
