The place was very clean and tidy.

The room had no opaque curtain... daylight was coming through the slat blings!

Ben and his Family are so friendly and kind. Helped us out to find out how much weight our bags have so we do not need to change packing it at the airport the next day again. The room is so well designed and comfortable. And alle the people who decide to stay here are right. Really happy we decided to stay withy you. Thank you so much.

I have stayed at this property last year and even though it’s 20 minutes from the center of Surrey ..the reason I booked it was clean.

the room which we booked was overlooking the road and there is heavy construction going on right in front of the house. big bulldozers and machinery is being used from 7:00am to 4:00pm which was very very disturbing. I feel owner should not rent this room or should make some effort to soundproof the room as this construction will go on for another 2 years. this place is not At all cheaper as compared to other places in Surrey. the blinds in room doesn’t stop the Sun rays to light to come in the room. so at sunrise around 4:30… room is filled with light and by 4 in the evening, the room becomes a hotpot and owner doesn’t turns on the air conditioning whole day.. I had to request him everyday to turn on the AC which he would do only for 15 mins. Because of heavy construction, you cannot open the windows. Owner has a big list of rules for the guests to follow but doing nothing to make us comfortable. My stay was very disturbing.

Our host Ben was so considerate of our needs and since I was having a problem with my foot he carried my luggage to our room, very much appreciated. He also, each of the 3 mornings we were up in time for breakfast, offered to help us with that but due to time constraints we were only able to share our last morning having conversation and breakfast with him. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet location and an amiable host, please choose this property.

Ben and Janny were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The neighbourhood had a nice feel and was very quiet. Parking was convenient and close.

Everything was perfect for stay that I had. Pillow and bed were fine.

There is no kitchen appliances in the room. We have to contact the owner in the ground floor to get coffee or other things. We can't have food at the room or do a take out to the room as they have strict rules for no food. There are so many rules charts around which looked too much for just one day stay.

Owner made a coffee and that's all I wanted for breakfast.It was nice

Has been a wonderful stay at a reasonable price. Room - spacious and clean, with natural lighting. Host - helpful and welcoming. Gives good recommendation for places to visit. Facilities - Shared kitchen facilities with host. Got coffee and bread for breakfast too. Neighborhood - quiet neighborhood

Location is a little far from downtown Vancouver. Most suitable for those who drive/ plan to visit Seattle

The place was very clean and tidy. The host provided all the information as requested and was quick to respond. It was so easy to self check in, will definitely return. 😊

In the booking it was clearly mentioned shared kitchen, and the host wasn't too pleasing us using the kitchen. The stay wasn't pleasant as we felt like prisoners adhering to very strict rules which were not shared with us prior to our visit. The booking clearly stated that there are two adults and 1 young adult of 16YO. Two days prior to check-in the host sends a message stating if we would be fine with a floor mattress. This is not what we expected. However, after informing him he has put a foldable bed which I appreciate. The property is more of an Air BNB and booking.com should pay special attention to the listings as this is purely misleading. When I booked the property I was thinking it like a guest house. Basically the stay here was too restricted by this host and we didn't enjoy at all.
