We had a great time with family at this beach house. It has plenty of bedrooms, beds, and living space for your whole family. The pool was a plus to the kids, and the short walk to the beach was through the neighborhood gate so it was safe and easy to travel. Thank you for the memories and the great time!

We had a 5 day 4 night blast. There were 19 of us and we enjoyed s'mores and late night talks and laughter around the fire pit. The kids and adults swam endlessly. We enjoyed golf cart rides to the beach and for ice cream and other desserts. We played games and watched movies. We were compelled to cook in such a beautiful and most spacious kitchen which is well stocked with kitchen supplies. The house itself was most beautiful and immaculate. We shared a wonderful time of bonding and we will Sea You Soon!

We had 10 adults and the 6 BR with their own bathrooms were perfect! We opted to heat the pool which was great this time of year (March). The house was well stocked for cooking at home (note: you do need all of your own seasonings etc). Communication with property management was great! The home is very close to the beach (2 blocks) and the golf cart is a really nice bonus for bringing all your beach "stuff" down. It is spelled out but you will need to bring more TP, paper towels, etc as there is only a starter supply but there are plenty of stores close by. The directions for garbage and check out were also well written for us so no confusion on check out day. I would definitely recommend for a large group! Our only complaint is no beach towels. For whatever reason the home is not stocked with pool/beach towels. 2 groups of our party flew in from out of state so it was a bit of an inconvenience making room in suitcases for towels but if that's the worse thing, I'll take it. It was still a great week at “Sea you soon!”

My family and I chose Sea You Soon for Thanksgiving and we made the right choice! The house was very clean and very spacious. This home was perfect to accommodate all guest and exceeded our expectations. The rental staff went the extra mile and made sure everything was a success from the time of booking, during the entire stay and throughout our departure. Response time to messages was amazing! The property is well designed for families. It’s spacious and the listing is well described. Location to beach is very convenient with the golf cart. Lots of towels and linens are nice. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and amenities. Property manager was prompt in replying to our request to have gas grill fixed. Pool company came and checked chemicals twice during our 7 day stay. We were happy with our experience.

The house was beautiful and Big! Plenty of space! The pool was clean, and there were plenty of pool toys and beach toys. Having the golf cart was an A+! The beaches and shops were great! We will definitely come back! The reason I didn't put a 5 star review is because we had trouble with both dishwashers, even after the maintenance guy came. Also the fridge stopped working. The maintenance crew was very fast to fix the issues we were having with the appliances. We ended up throwing away some food since the fridge read 51 degrees. 😕 Other than that it was perfect for my family of 11. This home is in a clean and gated community. The house has plenty of space for everyone. The second level has a smaller living room space for kids to hang out and play video games. The house was spotless upon our arrival. They also stayed in communication with me via text messages to make sure our stay was going well. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and this house is amazing! Very spacious, clean, nice linens, and just overall a great property. We had more than enough room for our group of 11. The golf cart was great to get around on and the pool was nice to have for a relaxing night after a long day in the sun.
The house is equipped with plenty of dishes if you want to cook and there's also a grill with a huge patio area that's hidden right by the pool!! We usually travel in a larger group with several families and this property will be perfect!! Thanks again we truly enjoyed our stay! Oh and this property is 3 stories so there's lots of stairs!! If you are traveling with older adults or very small children just be mindful as there is only 1 bedroom on the first floor.

The property was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The property came with a golf cart which is a must to get back and forth to the beach. You could also walk but with the heat the golf cart made it much more convenient. There were a few issues while we stayed there. The pool was very dirty and there was trash at the bottom. We could not see any trash before the kids entered due to the water being very cloudy. They did send someone the next day to shock and clean the pool but it remained very cloudy. The grill was extremely dirty and needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. We had a minor accident with the oven as we realized after cooking that there were no oven mitts anywhere. But these were all minor things compared to all the good things about the property. We would absolutely stay here again. The management company was very responsive to any issues or questions even before we checked in.

We had a great week at the house with our family of 14. It looked exactly like the photos and had all of the amenities we needed. The management company reached out several times before and during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely use their company for any future bookings in the area.

It is a big house with so many rooms, more than we need. It's very nice and convenient with the golf cart they provided to get to the beach and nearby places. It has a good size pool for us as a small family but it was a little cloudy so we just let our girl use it once only because you know kids like pool. It will be perfect if it was a clean pool so after getting back from the beach can have some time to enjoy the pool. Anyway, we do look forward to staying again with them when we visit next time because there are so many other beautiful rental they have. Lastly, thank you for providing a nice place during our visit :)

The house was amazing. It was more than enough room for all of us. The heated pool allowed us to enjoy the pool our entire stay. The staff was very attentive and responded promptly to any and every question that arose. The pool heat stopped working and they had it back working within the next 2 hours if not sooner. We will book again.

Thank you Diamond Rentals! Excellent place. Everything in this house was so well thought out! The theme maintained throughout the home and every little detail was appreciated from the shawls on the chairs, blanket in the living room, toys, pool floaters, Netflix/apps, the XBox, the decor, the light fixtures, the outdoor tables. Having a thermostat on each floor was amazing! The kitchen amenities and supplies were perfect! Loved the keurig. And TWO dishwashers, TWO fridges, and DOUBLE sized washing machine and dryer. The golf cart stole the show! It was so nice to be able to hop in it and drive to the beach. The alarm for safety was much appreciated for our two 3 year olds. The location to the beach was fantastic! The complimentary chairs and umbrella with La Dolce Vita was top notch, it just took a quick walk down a walkway at Whalestail restaurant. It was so nice having a private pool instead of having to use the community pool. We appreciated that each room had their own bathroom. It was perfect for our family to have privacy but also intimate enough to have gathering spaces. We were able to enjoy this family reunion after a rough two years into the pandemic of no vacations. Thank you again Diamond Rentals. We were in constant communication with other each other via text and they were always checking in us. This was a once in a lifetime kind of trip.
