Perfect location for kids and family next to a park/playground and short walking distance to nice grocery store. House is very roomy with spacious kitchen/dining area and great movie/family room downstairs for kids to hang out. Bedrooms/bathrooms were neat and clean. Only suggestion for homeowner would be to check refridgerator and cupboards, which had several expired items and somewhat disorganized, but no big deal. Loved the outdoor space. Even though temperatures were hot, there was always a nice breeze due to shade tree and covered patio. We were all comfortable in the evenings sitting in the back yard. Great place to stay. Our family would stay there again, for sure.

We had 9 guests ranging in age from 8 to 80. Everyone was comfortable. The location was great for 4th of July celebrations and it was walkable for market trips, cafes and a few restaurants. We would stay here again. Thank you for hosting our group!

we were in town for our nephews graduation. perfect gathering place for breakfast before we headed out for graduation festivities and the patio is a wonderful spot to gather for a wrap up before heading to bed! the close proximity to the utah campus makes it super easy to visit students. 7 of us stayed comfortably in the house! thank you!!

This home was just perfect for our family. Very spacious, comfortable & homey. Loved having the fireplace on a couple of snowy mornings. Back patio is very nice. Location is great! Steam shower is delightful. Owner was very communicative and promptly responded to all messages. Would recommend. Hope to get back one day. Would stay here again on any return trip.

Highly recommend this homes as a great place to stay in SLC. Easy and quick access to the city as well as the ski resorts. The home is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy. We'll definitely stay here again. Strongly recommend.

Communication with the owners was excellent, and the comfortable and spacious house was an easy drive to Park City, northern resorts, and the Cottonwood Canyons (if the roads are open!). My friends and I enjoyed several meals around the kitchen island and dining room table during our stay.

Our multigenerational family stayed here while celebrating an early Thanksgiving with SLC family. The house is spacious, modern and clean with plenty of room and privacy (given the splitting of the bedrooms between two floors, as well as family rooms on both floors). The backyard looked great but given the cold weather we didn’t use it. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood, and the grocery store 2 blocks away (Harmon’s) has EVERYTHING even though it’s a smallish store, and is open 7 days a week until 10 at night. There is also a park pretty much across the street with childrens’ play structures. Stephanie is a very personable and available host and a pleasure to interact with. I would be very happy to return on a subsequent visit! The area is also very walkable.

This place was perfect!! Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. There was a park for my toddler right across the street. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. The house was pristine in terms of cleanliness. Because of all of this we had such a special family trip in Utah.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Salt Lake City. The location was perfect for us, close to the church and venue for a family wedding. The neighborhood is very nice and we took advantage of the nearby park and several of the great restaurants. The house is comfortable and well-stocked. The outside patio area was nice for relaxing and my grandson loved the backyard.

The house is gorgeous, well set up to rent, and Stephanie was wonderful to work with. I have rented many times on VRBO and this is one of my favorites for sure. Plus, the neighborhood is so charming - great park super close for our grandkids, and a wonderful grocery store within a short walk. 5 stars!!!

We were in Utah to take our son to college. Stephanie’s place and Yalecrest were the the perfect location. The area was great. The neighborhood is very walkable , safe and everyone takes good care of their homes. There was a neat little grocery store right around the corner and a many restraints within a 5-10 minute drive. The location is very convenient to the University and downtown and it was easy to get to the highways to go to Park City and other resort areas. Stephanie has done a great job with the home. The kitchen was very well stocked with things needed to cook. All the appliances were updated and the finish’s were high quality. The bedrooms are good sizes and the beds were comfortable and linens were nice too. The master bath was great and we enjoyed the steam shower. We spent most of our time while at the house on the back patio which was well furnished and had a view of the mountains. Stephanie was an awesome host and went above and beyond to help in anyway needed. She gave great recommendations for places to eat, checked in to make sure all was well and was quick to answer any questions we had about the home or the area. We will definitely stay again when we return to visit.

Immaculate house, great neighborhood, close to the park and grocery stores. House has everything you might need during your stay.

Super clean home, with all great amenities. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Super nice neighborhood close to stores/restaurants and a playground for kids is right across the street.

The rental was in a terrific location, central to everywhere we went. The kitchen was amazing and had all the supplies needed to cook our meals. We spent a great deal of time in the back under the pergola. The only thing about the house is that the stairs to the basement are very slippery and narrow, otherwise this rental was great.

Our family gathered from Detroit, Chicago and Seattle. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and patio area prepping meals, visiting , eating and playing games. The house is in a perfect location for venturing out for hikes. Host was very attentive and accommodating!

Communication with the owner was seem less and a great experience. The house Is deceptively large with two great lining. Spaces and plenty of bedroom space. We loved the master suite!

The home is on a nice quiet street in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to my favorite grocery store - Harmons. Close to University of Utah, where we attended a wedding event. Also easy to drive to multiple ski areas. Our hostess, Stephanie, provided plenty of information for check-in. She was very helpful with our questions. We needed a house for 3 couples and this one was perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. The beds are also very comfortable and the soaking tub in the master bath was an added plus. We especially enjoyed having plenty of room in the kitchen to make breakfast and enjoy the space. It was also nice to have a nice laundry room since we needed to wash, dry, and iron a few items for our wedding attire. The house is great for people visiting Salt Lake City and very comfortable.

The location of this property was perfect for us. Easy access to most every in Salt Lake. The property was in perfect condition. There is need for a little work on the facets in downstairs bathroom. Unable to use the fire pit due to weather but it looked really inviting. I definitely would stay there again.
