This property was perfect for us. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. It had everything we needed to entertain. Paper goods and soap were there when we arrived. We enjoyed the outside space and the neighborhood was quite and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We appreciated having cable with Netflix and Prime. The host was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely rent ther again!

Very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Short walk and drive to numerous restaurants, shops etc. Well equipped kitchen. Host could not have been more gracious and helpful.

We so enjoyed our week at your home. The neighborhood was fantastic-made us feel like neighbors immediately. The house was immaculate and far, far better than the pictures showed. Our little girl (Hanna, the dog) absolutely loved the backyard and not having to be tied up. If you are thinking of renting this home, do not hesitate-- I am VERY fussy, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed in any way.

I rented this property so that my children and grandchildren could finally get together after the pandemic. What a beautiful home and quiet neighborhood! You are close to everything in Old Saybrook and surrounding towns. My favorite place was the deck in the backyard. Beautiful and peaceful. Wonderful, very comfortable, and clean property. Even better than pictures and descriptions listed. Everything was provided. Loved the backyard to sit outside with our coffee and the gas firepit at night. Great area with lots of stores/restaurants nearby. We would like to definitely make this at least a yearly thing! The location is convenient to restaurants, stores and beaches, but is in a quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful, private backyard. The owner, Rosemary, was very helpful and easy to reach with any questions. We definitely hope to come back!

The property was close to places we were interested in going to whci made it convenient. We also had a dog with us, so it was nice not having to search around for a dog friendly hotel.

My husband, our dog and myself enjoyed our stay here so much. Just as described in ad. Beautiful fully fenced in yard and nice deck perfect for our pup and ourselves to enjoy. The house was so nicely decorated and Rosemary was so accommodating and responsive. Love the area and closeness to the beach and the other connecting towns also. Would definitely go back!

Rosemary’s home was immaculately clean. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. The kitchen is new and lovely. And we enjoyed spending time in the large fenced yard. The kids also enjoyed riding their bikes in the cul-de-sac. Neighborhood very family friendly. Rosemary was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We also had a great time picking pumpkins at nearby Bishops Orchards. We would not hesitate to book again on our next trip to CT.

Just what was needed to recharge and relax. Rosemary was very attentive and available if any questions came up.The neighborhood was quite and friendly. Location was perfect to get to a beach, shop the outlets or just relax. Definetly a keeper for next year.

We absolutely loved our stay! Rosemary was a wonderful host. The house was pristine, recently remodeled with just the right amount of personal touch. The dressers are empty for you own belongings and all three bedrooms are very comfortable to be in! Nice bedding and pillows. The double bed in the kids room actually ended up being more comfortable than the master bed! The back yard was amazing. Photos don’t do it justice. We could not have been any happier. Heads up, if folks wanted to stay up while others went to bed, it might be a little loud because of the open floor plan. Thank you!

My stay was for two nights to an area I was familiar with and had a family beach house a few streets away. Rosemary, the hostess was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was immaculate and everything was there to make it a pleasant stay. We would definitely return again.

Rosemary was an amazing hostess, continuously checking up on us to see how we were doing, engaging in wonderful conversations, and answering any questions that popped up during our stay. The House was perfect for our family (two adults, one toddler and a dog)! The space was exactly what we needed for our trip: three bedrooms (one with a crib and changing table), a huge kitchen with work space, dining area, and living room…and HUGE backyard. Our son had a blast sprinting around the house, playing in the living room, and running amok in the backyard. We felt like we were at home from the minute we walked in the door and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would definitely consider coming back to stay there for a summer escape when we can actually try out the beaches and take advantage of the town itself

Very clean property on quiet street with big fenced in back yard. 3 bedrooms are cozy with 1 1/2 baths.

We had a small group stay here for one night and it was lovely! The house was spacious enough for all of us, but still cozy. The furnishings were lovely, the beds were comfortable, it was clean and tidy. The backyard was very large and the deck sizeable. The location was on a cul de sac and a short drive to town and all the needed stores. Rosemary was a wonderful hostess. Even though we didn't get to meet in person, she made us feel welcome with her personalized note and caring for our comfort. She was easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and was kind enough to accommodate an extra need we had. Would highly reccommend. Thank you, Rosemary!
