Great location close to beach and restaurants

Wonderful location. Very comfy beds, pillows and linens. The master bedroom is at the back of the unit away from the street so very quiet. Close to some of my favorite surf spots in Southern California. I plan on staying here again. Thanks!

Nicely appointed, clean third floor condo with a peek of the ocean! Easy access to the beach, near by restaurants and shopping. Comfortable accommodations and the owner provided plenty of amenities along with clear instructions. The elevator next to the unit was a bonus. We were pleased that a small dog was permitted in the unit and so close to the dog beach!

Great location, clean and has everything you’d need. Enjoyed boogie boarding, Seaworld and had a great time.

Great condo to stay in, walking distance from the beach. Super clean, exactly as described. Their beach set up was clutch, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella, they had a pack n play and a high chair which made travel so much easier - would 100% stay again! Washing machine could use an upgrade- only feedback!

The best stay we’ve had in a while. The condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. The storage unit even has beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler! The gorgeous ocean ( swimmable although a bit chilly) is literally across the street. We will be back!

The place itself is nice! Loved having a washing machine, and the master bed is so comfortable and quiet. We walked to the beach, restaurants, Belly-Up and the Fairgrounds. Exactly what we had hoped for.

This is just about the best location in all of San Diego County. Easy to walk to beaches, food, dining, etc. The property was in great shape and the owner was very attentive to all of our needs. The elevator was broken when we unloaded which was unfortunate, but it was fixed very soon thereafter. Outside of that it was a perfect stay!

Our family was looking for nice, reasonably priced, dog friendly place to stay next to the beach and this totally met the need! The location is 1 block away from dog friendly Del Mar beaches, with surfing and volleyball courts nearby. Downtown Del Mar & Solano are just a 3-minute drive or 25 min walk (opposite directions). Booking, check in and check out were no hassle. One note: this is 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and the elevator is a bit small. We take stairs, so not an issue for us, but may be for others.

It would be difficult to add anything new to the many glowing reviews for this rental. The apartment is spacious and extremely well equipped. Its location across the street from Dog Beach can’t be beat. The quiet building is very well maintained, and the neighbors—both visitors and permanent residents—were friendly. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

What a great location and we loved the place. If I had to be nit picky the stove display light is on the fritz, otherwise the place was fantastic.

We took a short family vacation and were very pleased with the condo. It was as advertised. We loved the quick walk to the beach and in to town as well. It was clean and well appointed.

Spacious and clean top-floor condo was a great home base for a week at one of the best beaches for a family with two teens. There are views of the ocean from the front and of the racetrack/fairgrounds from the back deck. Very light and bright with a wonderful sea breeze. Well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again.

The proximity to the beach (especially dog beach!) is priceless . It’s also an easy 20 mini walk to the main part of town. The apartment was also great - good layout so everyone had space. We had a fantastic time and hope to return!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, spending most of the time on the beach. The condo was comfortable and decorated nicely. There were a few essentials that were missing or in short supply, but we managed fine. The property manager, Gina, always responded quickly to our questions/ requests. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for my family. We were just down for the weekend and it was perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were beach chairs for 5, boogy boards, umbrellas and a cooler so no need to bring yours. We would absolutely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was everything it was advertised to be. Because of the proximity to the ocean we were back and forth to the beach multiple times a day and loved every second of it. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the building has a foot shower to help control the sand. We also walked to dinner at The Brigantine one evening, enjoying the weather on the way. We passed some permanent residents of the building near the elevator a couple of times and they were all friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our only note is that the complex is very close to the train tracks. It didn't bother us, save for the one time a very large train shook the bed. Light sleepers might want to be aware of that. Of course, every property in this neighborhood is close to the tracks (they run right through the center of this quaint town) so it sort of comes with the Del Mar experience. We highly recommend this place for beach-goers!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked with the essentials. The location was perfect and only a 3 min walk to the beach. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night considering it is on a pretty busy street and dense neighborhood. The kids didn't want to leave and asked if we could stay there again.

Nice place. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay here. The train was a little loud but other than that, it was a great stay.
