Great place and location

This little gem doesn’t disappoint for the price. Clean and cozy, stocked well, bed was super comfortable and we were within walking distance to absolutely everything. Host answered questions immediately and we absolutely will be back!

Love the room. The location is also great walking to the beach and The Hangout, The Pink Pony, stores, restaurants just one or two things not enough parking and No iron or ironing board in the room thumbs up will be back with my iron 😄

Bathroom very small. Heard dogs in other rooms. Smell of weed. No change machine for laundry facilities. Close to beach and plenty of places to eat. Excellent parking.

This place is walking distance to everything you need and want. Perfect for a couple's getaway trip.

The futon is very uncomfortable, I don’t like to say anything bad but that is just a fact and would be the only reason that I would search out a different room (we would definitely stay in the same complex).

Pictures can be deceiving. A lot smaller than what the photo depicted. Although it said could sleep 4 there is no way it could have. Thankfully we brought a blow up bed just in case. The place was very clean. Only a microwave for cooking. Thankfully the weather was perfect or having to stay in that room would have been miserable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The television only had 1 channel to watch that wasnt infomercials but that was fine since the weather was good. All in all the place was great. Would be perfect for 2 people to get away not a family of 4.

The condo is located across the street from the beach and walking distance from a variety of eating establishments, as well as multiple options for entertainment. It is small but we spent so little time in the room it was perfect for the two of us.

The complex should really do something about marijuana smoking our room reeked for the first two or three days while neighbors were smoking It's a great value. We love the location

You can walk to just about anywhere from this location. We had a fantastic stay.

The place is a great location but the walls are all very thin. You can hear all outside noises and anybody is the hallways. There was someone who was screaming in the hall way at 12:15am one of the nights just saying “is anyone named john here” up and down the halls.

Cute clean condo close to the beach! Lots of bars and restaurants around within walking distance. The Hangout is across the street and pretty loud if you’re ok with that. The extra pillows came in handy but BYO pillow cases if you think you’ll need them. Box-spring bed was not the most comfortable but fine for the location and price of the room!

Went down for shrimp fest. Picked the condo for location. It was right across the street from the event. Room is small…but we were t there for creature comfort. We got exactly what we wanted.

Everything was great, I love the fact it was so close to the beach and a lot of different things to do. I wish there was more than just a bathmat size towel to dry off with And there were no instructions as to how to use the TV when it was time to wind down and evening. Which really wasn’t a big deal

The TV did not work, no signal. The floors I felt could be cleaner, the elevator, and laundry rooms were dirty, nasty. From the one photo of the room, ok. I think we should get some money back, for TV not working. The floors not very clean.

Cute little efficiency, perfect for a couple. Everything was exceptionally clean. They even filled the ice trays so they would start freezing before we arrived. The A/C is super cold. The mini-fridge is a little small, but it kept our beverages cold. The absolute best thing here is the location. Walk to the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, mini-golf, the Dollar General. Covered parking is very convenient, but you will never move your car once you park. There is no need to.

This location is absolutely perfect. It is 1 small block from the beach. I took my young son, and he loved the condo and proximity to everything. Many beach shops and many restaurants plus a Dollar General are within walking distance....1-3 blocks away. The condo was plenty big enough for the 2 of us, but I think any more than 3 (2 adults and 1 child) would be a crowd. My son slept on the fold down futon; it was the perfect size for him, but it would be too small for an adult. The pictures are exactly what you get but it was a bit smaller than how it appeared online. The room needs a good deep cleaning. I do realize that it is a beach house, so sand is a given, but there were several things that were not up to par in my opinion; there were some ants in bathroom and kitchen, shower had some type of pads stuck to the wall, bedspread had stains. I did let the owner know, and she said she would take care of the issues. She was very prompt in answering questions and helping me figure out how to work the washing machine. Overall, I would stay again at this condo.

Only complaint I have is the freezer didn’t work and there were ants in the kitchen. Super cute decor and close to the beach and restaurants!

Location was great, only wish there was a pool on site. Room was very refreshing to walk into after being out in the heat, was able to get cooled off in no time. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed it.

This place was just what we needed. A small space but perfect for just the two of us. Location was great. We could wake up and walk straight to the beach. Lots of shops nearby also.

All around great place beautiful scenery and nice and clean the only thing is that I thought I was going to be able to cook with having a kitchenette but there was no burner in my room so I bought food but nothing to cook it on besides that EVERYTHING else was amazing

Very comfy, cozy, and very conveniently located condo. Loved the property. Bath accessories provided, incredibly comfy bed, very clean. Loved this place. Would definitely rent again and so convenient across the street from the ocean and two awesome places, The Pink Pony and The Hang Out.
