Haus im offenen Raumkonzept der ruhigen Wohnnachbarschaft. Einfacher Zugang zum Marsha Sharp Highway. Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Apotheke und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Park mit Spielplatz ein paar Blocks entfernt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine Kaffeeterrasse, auf der Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen können. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine entspannende Massagedusche. Eine größere Terrasse bietet Platz für Familie und Freunde mit Tisch, Sitzgelegenheiten, einem Edelstahlgrill und einer Turmheizung, um die lebhaften Abende aufzuwärmen. Der Wäschebereich verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Ein Garagentoröffner macht die Garage für zwei Autos leicht zugänglich. Beide großen Fernseher haben Zugang zum Roku. Wifi ist vorhanden. Gefiltertes Wasser und eine Eismaschine sind vorhanden.

My husband, my mom, and I stayed during parents weekend at texas tech. The house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfy and I loved the blackout curtains. Master bath and closet had plenty of space. Loved being able to use the garage as well. Highly recommend this house! My car actually died when we pulled into the driveway. We passed a Subaru dealership on the way to the house and they gladly came to the house and replaced my battery within an hour of calling. I was very thankful for the location of this house and for the kindness of Kristen at Scoggins Subaru. We hood you will have us as guests again!

Lovely Lubbock Family Home! We enjoyed almost a week stay while visiting family and attending Graduation for my niece. The house was extremely clean and well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood . Jeanette makes sure that you have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bedding, towels, and toiletries. Super comfortable beds!! Kitchen was well stocked with things you may need to make a meal. A/C worked very well and kept us cool when we needed it! We were lucky to be able to stay an extra day to spend a little more time with our family. Thank you Jeanette for offering up a comfortable place to stay while visiting Lubbock!

The property was exactly as presented online. Nice location and easy to get to Texas Tech and surrounding college sites. The home was very nice and relaxing to come back to after my son’s graduation and packing up his apartment. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with family to the Lubbock area.

Lubbock has so much to offer! Since we had been here before, we took in our favorites and enjoyed having the extra space to spread out and relax for 2 nights on our way home from a skiing trip!

Where's my Deposit?
This property was awesome. I loved it, our family loved it. Very clean, great neighborhood and awesome host. HOWEVER, my daughter warned me not to rent it because of the deposit. I have now had 500.00 sitting on my credit card for 2 billing cycles and I've paid interest on it twice. In the description it said it could be up to Oct. 1 and that's tomorrow. Still don't have a credit on my card. This host is amazing and awesome, but I will never rent a house with a deposit again. Thank you for all your hospitality. I would not hesitate to rent it if the deposit wasn't attached.

The house was a really nice place to stay . All amenities were adequate except for the guest shower and the master bathroom as a whole. The guest shower head needs to be replaced if not soaked in CLR for an extended time. The master bathroom is the one reason I would not rent this property again. Firstly, there are no towel racks/hooks so we had to hang our bath towels, hand towels and night wear in the closet, inconvenient but fine, but mostly it was the ridiculous shower contraption that made you dread taking a shower each day. Whoever invented that thing should be banned for life from ever designing anything again:). At least I know to avoid any house in the future that has anything like it in their photos. Sorry to the owner but that thing should be thrown in the trash!!!
