Willkommen in diesem luxuriösen, komplett möblierten Haus am Wasser mit mehreren Ebenen. Das 2007 erbaute Haus befindet sich in der Nähe von Mill Creek an der Südseite von Toledo Bend. Es verfügt über einen einzigartigen Grundriss, der mehrere Familien aufnehmen kann. Mit 2 kompletten Küchen, 2 großen Wohnbereichen, 2 Innenkaminen, 1 Außenkamin, 3 ½ Bädern und 5 Schlafzimmern bietet es Platz für 12 Personen. Die Hauptebene ist auch für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich.
Für diejenigen, die Outdoor-Unterhaltung mögen, werden Sie beide gefliesten Terrassen lieben. Das untere bietet Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Gasgrill. Die obere Terrasse bietet einen Essbereich im Freien, zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Kamin.
Schließlich verfügt diese Unterkunft über ein schwimmendes Bootshaus mit 2 Kabinen und Zugang zum Wasser. Diese Unterkunft macht das Angeln und andere Wassersportarten zum Vergnügen.
Die private Bootsrampe befindet sich in der Nachbarschaft und kann mit einem kostenlosen Pass erreicht werden.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house was exactly as pictured in the pictures and very spacious for our group of 11. The property was lovely and provided an excellent view on the river. The grandkids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the pier and tubing behind the boat. The best part of the location was that it was situated on a quiet part of the river and there were not many boats, which was very peaceful.
The host was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my concerns.
Overall a very enjoyable time was had by all of us and my husband and I would like to return and rent the same
house in the future,

The home was super comfortable for our entire family of 8 and everyone enjoyed fishing from the boats we brought with us and off the dock. The men are bass fishermen so they enjoyed a lot of time out on the boat. They caught many 2-3 pound large mouth bass and a few 6-8 pounders so they were very happy. The women spent some time in the boats but mostly on the dock and floating in the water. It was a great time for all.

The house was very nice, spacious and comfortable!! The host and neighbors were helpful and friendly!! The boat house with power to recharge on the water was excellent and just what we were looking for. Everyone had a great time. Thank you!

This place met our needs to gather 3 families for our annual Labor Day Weekend. There was plenty of room for 11 people. We especially enjoyed the covered deck and watching the birds.

Just like last time the place was amazing ( see my review from 2022 for more details ). We liked this place so much the family basically demanded we do it again this year.
We spent most of our time at the boathouse swimming and fishing. The family had a blast :)

What an awesome place!! Took my children and several grandchildren for the Memorial Day weekend. We were 6 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room. The boat dock was a great spot for all of us. The boys fished and had a great time catching little brim. The girls mostly swam and kayaked. The house was very well kept and had everything we needed in the kitchen. And what a gracious host!! She answered every message very quickly and was a joy to work with. Of course the weather was picture perfect the whole weekend which made outdoor activities even better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a very nice place for a family gathering.

Need more towels and fireplace fumes were really really bad. Made our eyes water and some of us got a little sick. I think this is a dangerous situation and should be fixed soon bad ventilation of fireplace can cause house fire. You wouldn’t want to be liable for that. We did enjoy the house and property despite the complaints

Great place on the lake
Beautiful house, dock, and scenery, plenty of space both inside and out for everybody to relax. The multi level floor plan really helps with different sleeping schedules. So many amenities they are hard to list, neighbors were all very welcoming. Thanks!

Beautiful home
My parents, my siblings, myself, and our children all spent a fantastic weekend at this home. The house had plenty of room so that we didn't feel crowded, and plenty of places to spend time as a family. It was the perfect place for a family vacation. Beautiful views and an extremely helpful owner. We can't wait to return!

Amazing stay - unreal fast communication! Book this place
Amazing place - so roomy with 3 levels . It was hard to tell from pics the layout - absolutely perfect though for privacy with 3 levels . Right on the water . Best lot and house in the neighborhood. The communication was unreal . As soon as I sent Jamie a question, she would literally reply within minutes and that’s a rare thing and great thing . Definitely will be back . The neighbors around were so friendly . One even brought us firewood and offered his golf cart to take our elderly mom around the area ! Super friendly !

Our Thanksgiving stay at Toledo Bend
We loved the home, location right on the water, and the view. The sunrises were stunning. Luckily it was cold and we were able to enjoy the fireplaces in the home, and even the one out on the back porch!
We appreciated all the conveniences and amenities.

Perfect Place for Family Get Together
I couldn't have found a more perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house is gorgeous and very spacious. The views from both porches are amazing. Spent a lot of time hanging out on the balcony and admiring the beautiful view. The house is well stocked with items needed for cooking. There is a very nice boat dock area for fishing and swimming. The host, Jamie, was very quick to answer any questions I had. Awesome memories were made there and we hope to return in the future.

Fabulous Place!!
Every thing about the property was awesome. House was large and spacious and well furnished. Dock was great to keep our boats out of the weather and for swimming and fishing! The balcony was our favorite. When we weren’t on the water we were playing cards on the balcony. Highly recommend

Perfect Home.
Beautiful view from both porches. Kids swam everyday. House included everything we needed plus. I cooked every day for a week and they had anything I needed. Lots of beds. One of our best vacations. Thanks.

Beautiful and relaxing

Extremely Satisfied
Property was awesome. Great part of Toledo Bend for any activity. Very convenient shopping. Due to the weather that prevented a lot of outdoor activities, we spent most of our time at the property much of the time indoors. The awesome home made our card playing and sitting round the fire conversations perfect. Also the owners were just so accommodating and absolutely helpful in every way. Highly recommend this property for your next event.

Family time
This property was just what we had hoped for with my husband and I and our 5 married children to spend some time together. We loved the spacious living area and porches, fire place, and nicely arranged kitchen for all our meals! We also appreciated having our own boat house and dock!

This house is amazing!
This house was great and exactly what my family needed for a December vacation. It is stocked, the porches are amazing, the beds/bedding are comfy, both fireplaces were used a lot. Mrs. Jaime couldn’t have been any nicer and her communication was spot on. We will be back. If this property had 6 stars I would have gladly given it that rating. Thanks Mrs. Jaime!

Treasured Memories
The owners could not have been more accommodating! We dealt with 3 hurricanes and Jamie assured us that she’d work with us to make our getaway happen. She even provided perfect weather for our entire stay . That’s impressive. My grandsons gave the trip a 99% because we didn’t stay longer. GREAT FAMILY WEEKEND RETREAT
This home was all it was advertised to be. We had three families come together for a mini family reunion and it didn't disappoint! There was plenty of room for everyone to just relax and do whatever they felt like doing (i.e. fishing, playing games, watching football, watching all the wildlife, swimming, etc.) We brought our jet skis and kept them at the boathouse for easy access the entire time. We will definitely be back for another stay!!

Family Vacation
Our family ranging in age from seven months to 73 years had a wonderful vacation at this lovely property. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, a guided fishing trip, several days cruising on a party barge, and a nighttime s’mores party down at the fire pit. The house itself had everything we needed. The lighted dock with a fish cleaning station and two boat slips was great. We caught many fish right off the dock.
