A group of 8 of us stayed here for a golf trip and the place was great. Easy to get to and as advertised. Would stay again.

This property was a wonderful spot to stay for a bachelorette party! Pool, slide, hot tub, and bedrooms were all wonderful. Great location too. Loved our stay, highly recommend!

Overall the stay was great, house was perfect for our golf group. The only downside is like other reviews we had a lot of issues with the outdoor tv, unfortunate because we were really hoping to use it for watching sports while relaxing in the pool. Which was a great setup at least! Other then that it was a great stay.

Hello everyone I'm not much of a reviewer but because of the experience my family and I had i am trying this. Very beautiful location too start off with. My family and I always have a trip yearly on memorial weekend always in Arizona. This year we stayed in this home and were very excited. We are from California so we were ho estoy 40 min before check in asked if it was okay too check in wasn't allowed I understood. We enter the home very lovely. Outside was the issue the pool wasn't cleaned the bar area was full of leafs and grill was just scrapped down with the metal tool that cleans the grill plus we were left with all the tools too clean the grill also dirty. TV at the bar area didn't work turned on but it would turn back off. The fridge did not work all Friday from check in untill Saturday morning so all our ice cream was melted and our drinks were never cold. Till Saturday mid day the fridge randomly starts too work I contacted the home owners or managers they told us it's because we filled it and if it wasn't working the next day too let them know about it. The showers only had hot and I mean steaming hot water it was around 110-115f hot so you'd enjoy a cold shower but we didn't have that. Also for the price we payed (which was more then we've payed in the prior years also because the biggest one we've rented was only 5 rooms this one was 7) we expected to enjoy our time there. Quiet hours were posted and understood they're from 8am-10pm. I was getting messages with warnings of it being loud at 7pm so it frustrated me because we were now taken our happy and enjoyable atmosphere. We were then sent another message 4 minutes after the first one saying that if we didn't understand we would be thrown out. Also we figured something like this would or has happened because upon arrival neighbors have signs expressing how there "Homes not Hotels". Overall wasn't our best experience and it would be nice too have someone greet you and show you how everything works instead of a binder. Like I explained I don't like leaving bad reviews because a business is a business but as a business owner myself the number one rule is the client is always right. And too make sure they're always happy. I just hope the next travelers have a better experience.

This house was perfect for our stay, we had our family and a few friends stay with us. The outdoor space was great! The kids loved the slide, the adults loved the hot tub at night and the swim up bar during the day. Check in and out was easy and the management company was great! Plenty of space in the home for all of us and some great areas to hang out inside. Lots to do in the area and very central to golf, shopping, dining, etc. We will be back for sure! Thank you for making our vacation in Arizona a great one!

The house is perfect for a group of 8-10. Great pool and backyard and great sleeping arrangements. Easy Uber ride to the entertainment and dining. Not walkable to grocery or coffee so make sure to have driving arrangements or plan to Uber for groceries.

Place was nice appears much nicer than it actually is but still good for our group of 8 golfers. Paid for pool heat which worked for one day but didn’t work the other 3 days. I asked for someone to come help fix and they sent a YouTube video for me to troubleshoot with. They eventually sent someone out and claimed it should now work but never did. Even without the heat it stayed about 80 degrees which was fine. Dishwasher never worked. I tried to get someone out to fix it but to no avail. Beds are comfortable, furniture is a bit worn but nice and comfortable. Outdoor TV is tricky but once we figured it out we had no more problems with it. Kitchen was well stocked with everything our group needed. Neighbors have signs against short term house rentals but we had no issues with any of them any neighbors we encountered waived and said hello. Overall after settling into the house and figuring out it’s quirks we enjoyed it.

The house was great. Pool, putting green and shuffle board were all fun activities. Neighbors obviously don’t like this house being rented, which makes you feel uneasy and paranoid during your stay

Great property, great location!

The place was nice, but we expected more for the price tag. The pool area was awesome, but the outdoor tv never really worked. Instructions for the pool were terrible - it took us an hour or more to figure out how to turn the waterslide on. The property managers were nearly impossible to reach, regardless of tule of day. The lock in the front door worked intermittently, so you never knew if you would be locked out when you came back, we ended up leaving the house unlocked when we left (just in case). Hostile neighbors had signs facing the property that complained about vacation rentals. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the forks/knives were one step up from plastic. The house was spacious, and once we figured out the pool it was great, but the hosts were not very responsive and the technology in the house was pretty poor. They could make it his house worth the price with just a few new tvs, a better instruction manual, and a new management team.

Had a wonderful time and such a great set-up!! Love the open kitchen and family room as well as the beautiful backyard!

Overall we had a great stay this property! The pool was great for our group and there are plenty of bedrooms to support a large party.

We had a great time hanging by the pool. We were very cautious the whole weekend though as many in the neighborhood had signs protesting short-term rentals.

Overall, we’d definitely rent this property again! The water/ice on the refrigerator is not hooked up so make sure to bring your own water + ice. The pool pump was a bit tricky but management responded immediately and sent someone out to assist us. Their is a camera focused on the pool area but we were told it was only activated if sound was picked up during quite hours. It was an amazing house and we had the best time!

Overall this house was perfect for the group of 10 of us who came! The pool and outdoor area is exactly as pictured and there were even extra floaties for us to use. My only complaint was that there were only two extra garbage bags for us. I had read reviews that we would need to buy additional paper towels/toilet paper, but hadn't realized there wouldn't be additional garbage bags. For a group of 10 of us, we went through a lot of recycling.

Our group of 15 all had a fantastic stay at this property. Great space, comfy beds, and a quick drive to/from the airport. One thing to note is the neighborhood noise ordinance that starts at 10pm. We had no issues, but we also strictly abided to the rule. If you have a larger group, be sure to buy or bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags as the house is only minimally equipped with both.

Arrival to the house was great. We paid extra for the house to be stocked with groceries before we arrived and check-in went smoothly. The inside of the house was clean and tidy. The backyard/pool area of the house however had some opportunities. It seems like the cleaning was focused inside as we found trash (beer cans and bottle tops, chew bags, half eaten food, used bandaids and chewed gum) around the area. We let the property know that we picked up the trash and asked if they could come out to "shock" the pool because it seemed pretty dirty & cloudy. They responded back right away apologizing and said they would come the next day but never did. The next morning we found that the ice maker and water in the fridge door was broken, the coffee maker was broken and the can opener was broken so we had to make other arrangements. After being charged for the groceries, we also asked for an itemized receipt (since the amount seemed a little higher than we expected) and the property declined to give us a copy. Overall - we didn't let the trash and broken items ruin our weekend and the weather couldn't have been better so we enjoyed our time in the pool and the space that the house provided. The house is great for a large group of people, as it had many rooms and bathrooms to share so we were happy about that. We just were disappointed with the amount of money we paid and the broken items and the lack of cleanliness where we wanted to spend the most of our time, by the pool.

The house was perfect - spacious, clean, comfortable beds, nice big kitchen for cooking, and we LOVED the outside space with the pool, water slide, BBQ and lounging area. Unfortunately, it's very clear that the neighbors do not want a short-term rental in their neighborhood. There are multiple signs stating "homes not hotels" that are purposefully facing the property. The neighbors are not friendly and they are very bitter. The worst part of our stay was someone put a detective's business card in the door, which we found when we returned from having breakfast. It was supposedly a detective who worked for the crimes against children dept. We were SO bothered by this, and frustrated that someone would falsely report something just to scare us off (or else it was a fake business card). It ruined the last 2 days of our stay and my birthday. We were quiet, respectful, and definitely take good care of our children, so it was a slap in the face, and we feel a sabotage effort on the house as a rental. So that others' vacations are not ruined, we would encourage the owner to think about steering away from renting out.

Outdoor space was awesome, great location

The property was a near perfect spot for our group to get away from the cold. The backyard was great for lounging and the inside was hospitable as well. The backyard needed a little sweeping when we arrived but it was easy enough to clean it up in about 15 minutes. The propane grill needed a new tank but the staff did a good job replacing it within 24 hours. They were also very helpful with the pool/hot tub instructions. Make sure to turn on the pump if you want it to heat! Overall it was a great rental and we had a very positive experience. Would gladly stay again!

Covid shut down our annual guys trip to Las Vegas. We moved it to a house trip in Scottsdale, and may never go back to Vegas. Villa Moderna was perfect as advertised..Great family room (7 hours of football on Sunday), pool, hot tub, kitchen was best equipped VRBO home I’ve been to, and each of us got there own bedroom! Close to Starbucks, Grocery Store (Sprouts), golf, and even hiking (if we were to do that!) Thanks Villa Moderna!
