I always love coming to Sabana. It feels like coming home, I adore the friendly welcoming staff, the bed time stories and the little turn down at night time. I love the location, the clean facilities & generally calm atmosphere is just beautiful.

The room had some disturbing noises from the roof (I was on the top floor below the roof terrace) and there was also some construction work next door that was very noisy - unfortunately.

I had the best stay at Sabana Ubud. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive, the room was always clean and comfortable and the location was in walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and cafes. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

혼자 여행가는 거라 많이 고민하고 비교했었는데, 정말 모든 면에서 너무 만족스러웠던 숙소였어요. 위치도 우붓 시내 및 관광지들에서 차로 10분 이내에 다 있을 정도로 가까웠고, 호텔에서 픽업 & 드랍 서비스를 제공해줘서 그랩을 부를 필요도 없었어요. 방도 혼자 온 게 아까울 정도로, 사진과 똑같이 너무 깨끗하고 편안했어요. 걱정되어서 샤워 필터 가져가서 사용했는데 3일 사용해도 거의 더러워지지 않더라구요. 조식도 맛있고 요청 시 룸까지 가져다주셔서 진짜 편리했어요. 그리고 스탭 분들이 정말 너무 친절하시고 항상 웃으며 응대해주셔서 묵는 내내 행복했습니다. 다시 발리 여행가게 되면 꼭 묵고싶은 곳이에요! This hotel was outstanding in every aspect. The location was perfect, quite close to most of popular areas with less than 10 mins by taxi. Moreover, I didn't have to call grab since they offer hotel shuttle service (both drop & pick-up at Ubud city area) The room was cozy and clean, just like the photos. I even brought shower head filter just in case but the water quality was good. The breakfast was delicious, and convenient as they serve to the room if requested. But the true highlight was the staff. Their genuine kindness made me feel so welcome and happy throughout my stay. This hotel will definitely be my top choice when I return to Bali.

딱히 없지만, 호텔에서 수영을 하는 것이 중요하시다면 조금 아쉬울 수 있을 것 같아요. 호텔 내에 풀이 있지만 그 규모가 작은 편이에요. Nothing much, but if you want to swim at the hotel you might not be satisfied enough. The hotel has a pool, but it's smaller than what you might find at a large resort. If you're looking for laps or extensive swimming, it might not be the best fit.

This hotel exceeded all expectations, my wife I and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easily reachable throughout our stay. The room was very clean and maintained to a high standard with twice daily turn downs. Bottled water was provided daily and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to central Ubud. The hotel also offers multiple paid services which we enjoyed including tours and cooking classes. Good location close to central Ubud.

-Staff very welcoming and friendly, really couldn’t do enough for us during our stay here. After dinner of an evening room had been prepared for sleep as well as extra water provided- this was on top of the daily clean of a morning. -Nice amenities in the room including bubble bath and bug spray on the balcony which was topped up daily -Good size room, very comfortable and clean -Staff helped to organise bike hire -Short walk away from town centre, free shuttle bus also available for drop off and pick up -Great value for money, luxury stay for budget friendly price

Pool and loungers in the shade all day with minimal sun

What to say, staff are able to be welcoming, warm and attentive and genuinely friendly. Food options are varied, rooms are spotless and there’s a lot of little highlights throughout your stay.

Absolutely nothing, even trying hard I cannot say one negative about this place.

El bar del rooftop es una muy buena idea que se podría aprovechar mejor. Atienden bien, pero podría tener un poco mas de infraestructura.

Från incheckning till att vi lämnade hotellet blev vi aldrig besvikna. Hotellet är litet med cirka 20 rum och väldigt gemytligt och mysigt. Väldigt vackert. Rummen var fina och rena. Ingång genom balkongen var en fin touch och även balkongerna i sig. Det som mest av allt gjorde stället så bra var att personalen var väldigt trevliga, hjälpsamma och lätta att prata med. Rooftop-baren var liten och trevlig men levererade kapabla drinkar. Fint att se solnedgången över Ubud där. Läget på hotellet var på en mindre sidogata (som inte kändes creepy). Det var skönt för trafiken ute på huvudgatan är hemsk under rusningstrafik. Detta hördes inte på hotellområdet. Lyxigt med både badkar och dusch.

Det enda som skulle kunna fixas är att dörren till toan ersätts med en som går från golv till tak som gör att den blir mer privat.

Very kind and welcoming staff, beautiful place design with the pool and vegetation. Very good customer services, you feel really taken care of. Clean and beautiful rooms. Perfect location, near all the restaurants and town center, but also quiet . There weren't many vegetarian options in the restaurant menu (I liked the ones that were already available) and they introduced a vegetarian breakfast when I stayed there, so I'm grateful.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful staff . A lot of choices for breakfast and food for dinner was good to.

It is in the busy parts in Ubud and the traffic is terrible. You don’t hear the traffic at the hotel luckily. But if you want to stay in a quieter are with beautiful landscapes you have to stay outside the centre. Not so many sun beds and the pool area is not very sunny but nice and cozy.

The location and staff. It’s in a quiet street tuck away from the hustling and bustling of Ubud center. Yet it’s only a few minutes away from the main road full of restaurants, bars and shops. It’s also in a short walking distance from the famous Ubud Monkey Sanctuary. The staff is so helpful and attentive making the whole experience of staying at this place so enjoyable from sending the breakfast to our room to responsive hotel shuttle service taking us to/from the hotel. The pool is small but nice and clean. We spent most of our time outside and didn’t use the other facilities such as the rooftop bar.

The towels at our room are old, worn out. Although they were changed next morning, some towels are with old stains. Also the room was not always very clean especially around the bathroom after the bed was made next morning.

This was our second time staying here. Great location close to good restaurants. Very friendly staff. Clean. With 2 lazy cats meowing in the evening for food 🥰 perfect value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Sabana Ubud for our 5th anniversary. Located an easy 15 minute walk away from the town centre and 30 minute walk away from the Monkey Forest and the Ubud Market. The team at Sabana Ubud are phenomenal, happy to assist with any need, lovely to talk with and happy to recommend local delicacies. We were greeted warmly whenever we arrived and left and the team were always willing to listen to us babble on about our activities. Sabana offers a free shuttle bus service to the centre as well as an amazingly fast laundry service (we would provide our laundry bag in the morning and it would be washed ironed and given back to us the in the evening). We were provided with bottles of water every day (there would always be 6 in the room after room service cleaned our rooms), the room also came with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts and bubble bath liquids. The pool was a lovely respite against the heat of the Bali sun and was surrounded by deck chairs. The restaurant serves delicious food including lobster and freshly prepared fruit juices, smoothies including young coconut. We have never experienced such amazing hospitality as we did at Sabana. We cannot fault it at all. It was an absolutely lovely stay nestled in lush greenery and a peaceful place immersed in sounds of nature and serenity. Bonus: they have 3 cute cats that roam the hotel freely, they don't mind if you stroke them as they are very friendly, just like their owners. Thank you for making our 5th anniversary something we will never forget!

We loved that the rooms were set around the pool courtyard and that there was a balcony with an adequately sized table for two to sit and relax—and also to have room service; you can choose to have your breakfast brought up to your balcony. The open courtyard also makes it very bright when it's sunny, and the ample plant decor brings life to the hotel's common compound. It's all very clean and tastefully furnished, with all basic amenities covered. It is actually located right off the main traffic road, but feels relatively nuisance-free (though one could hear some construction opposite the hotel, but not enough to bother us really). Additional things we liked: the complimentary kopi and kuih every afternoon in the pool lounge area, and the complimentary shuttle to anywhere you would like in central Ubud. It was very easy to communicate with the staff via Whatsapp, and they were always very prompt in their response. Would definitely come back if in Ubud!

It was the best place we stayed while in Bali! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the facilities was so great. The pool was fantastic and so instagrammable, the room super clean and the food amazing. Apart from the breakfast which was delicious, we ordered dinner a few times and it was just as great. The cocktails were simple, but their non alcoholic options were quite fancy! Lastly, one day we ordered the floating breakfast and it was the highlight of our stay! Next time we visit Bali, we'll definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Sabana is a little paradise, so comfortable and beautiful and the staff are so friendly! Their shuttle service to town is so good and they were really helpful with recommendations too. Can’t wait to stay again one day, thanks Sabana!
