Было холодно, маленькая кровать, всего две подушки, постоянно присутствовал запах канализации с которым сложно было что то сделать

Сподобалось місце розташування та цікавий інтер'єр квартири.

Найбільш неприємним "сюрпризом" стало те, що оплату за квартиру зняли двічі (напередодні і в день заселення).При тому, що бронювання було на 1 ніч. Обіцяють , шо повернуть кошти за 2 робочі дні (сьогодні саме другий). Ще 1 "сюрприз", який на нас чекав - стала заміна квартири, яку ми обрали на іншу, за годину до заселення. З певних причин ми обирали планування дуже ретельно. І квартиру, в яку нас заселили була не зручною в користуванні. Загальний стан квартири потягне на 4 з мінусом: брудне скло на вікнах (багато слідів від долоней дорослих людей по всій площині скла), не працював пульт від телевізора в одній з кімнат (відповідно телевізор там подивитися не вийшло), сліди на стінах від убитих комарів (ці засохлі частинки так і висять), гучний неприємний "свист" від крану, коли вмикаєш воду (особливо вночі, коли твоя сім'я спить - цей звук може розбудити), об'єму бойлера не вистачає аби набрати повну ванну гарячої води.

The windows of the apartment overlook the boulevard, so the apartment is always very noisy, I did not manage to relax. It is also worth washing the windows (very dirty) and repairing the table on the balcony. In general, the apartment is smaller than it looks in the photo.

Great studio that has everything you need. Very clean, which is always the most important thing for me. Location is good as well. You can reach a lot of attractions in around 30-40min walking. Easy communication with the owner. He speaks great English. Overall very happy with my stay here.

The only real negative point was that the internet wasn't great. I had a couple of zoom calls that kept breaking off, which was annoying. And a very tiny detail: There's a motion sensor that turns the light in a step on, so you don't stumble over it when it's dark. Unfortunately the motion sensor also sees part of the bed, so when you roll over at night it sometimes turns the light on. But I quickly solved that problem by simply putting something over the sensor. So it wasn't an issue.
