The hosts were top, top, draw! . They were more than accommodating. Throughout my stay! The apartment & location was fabulous with the added secure parking, which was a massive bonus for me! Will be booking up again with Habitat Property!👌🏾

The balcony view was stunning. Good Kitchen appliances and great internet.
The bed cover had marks on it. The building itself needs a renovation... Only one bathroom which was sufficient for 2 people but hardly a Penthouse.

Great apartment not too far from centre everything you need
TV doesn't work no channels
Host called after booking and had to pay £300 deposit separate to booking.com and didn't take credit card had to use do over phone

Clean apartment
The self check in unfortunately was a very stressful experience. There was no key in the key safe and the emergency response agency were rude and unhelpful saying we would have to wait 3 hours. This was on a bank holiday and everything else was closed.
The actual owners of the property when we were finally put in touch with them were very responsive and have taken some measures to avoid this happening again.
Location: the apartment is opposite a halfway house for the homeless during our stay there were lots of drunk and high people/ people using drugs in the vicinity and a couple of prostitutes propositioned us as we came home late one night. This did not bother us too much as we are used to this In parts of London. Once up in the flat there was no street noise and you face away from the halfway house. You have a view of the sea over the top of the other apartments. However I would not have felt as comfortable staying if I was in an all female group.

We loved the balcony and view of the sea, and the fact we could walk to everywhere we wanted in Plymouth!

Nothing, its false advertising, this company need to remove the wording "stunning penthouse" immediately.
Bad maintenance, so much was dirty or broken. Bathroom light not working, bathroom fan filthy not working, lounge light switch broken, blinds broken, door latch broken, windows filthy, balcony seating filthy, balcony not wept, towels and sheets past their sell by date, wall clock not working, oven clock wrong time, washing machine integrated door missing, cheese grater smeared in cheese, frying pan covered in egg, kebab in communal hall way for 3 days after I complained, communal hall filthy. Substance dependent homeless shelter directly opposite and ladies of the night on the corners after 9pm.

very spacious and very light and airy lovely decor and the beds were so comfortable and also having Netflix on our stay was great as weather wasn’t great. an added bonus also with underground secure parking.

Design, the space/open plan, facilities, BALCONY :) beautiful and perfect for more than a couple. Close to city centre and the sea. Lovely owner and the agency, quick responses and amazing help with everything! Will look to book this again when will visit Plymouth again! :)

the area it’s located in was in the process of being revamped, but I assume covid has put a stop to this, which is a shame. the block the apartment is in is really well kept tho.

The apartment was nice and clean .

Shower wasn’t great not warm or powerful enough.
Was a bit of a puzzle trying to get keys, perhaps don’t mention George place as the keys and access to car park are not on George place.

Nice well laid out, well equipped apartment. Good to have cleaning items and provision of tea, coffee etc was a nice touch.
There were a couple of maintenance issues, we set of the fire alarm as the cooker extractor hood was not working. Directions to find the car parking bay could be improved. Mattress on the bed was sagging and not particularly comfortable.

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the balcony. The allocated parking was very good.
There wasn’t really a ‘sea view’ as in the description it was more of a distant view of the sea over rooftops.

Nice flat with a good balcony. Handy for the town centre Williams boatyard and walking distance to the Hoe. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, plates, pans etc
Only 3 tea bags 3 coffee sachets 3 sugar sachets and 4 milk . No salt or pepper as advertised. Lift not working which was hard work with a baby . Some very noisy neighbours across the road playing loud music till 3 o'clock in the morning

The location and facilities were great and the property was in an amazing condition.
The doors to the flat and entrance were a little tricky to lock/unlock. Only one parking space was a small problem.

Broken shower bracket, tired/cheap furnishings, poor welcome pack, issues with shower hot then cold, one electrical socket not working, TV not connected to internet, extract fan in bathroom not working. Generally the apartment needs some TLC
