Super location! There are all you need for a family holiday.

Location was perfect for a family holiday, walking distance from the beach and middle of Cannes. Owner was really flexible and accommodating with our needs and requests and the apartment was exactly as described and very clean.

This flat is spacious and well equipped. Good location very close to the beach. The security facilities are very well done

We were met by a very friendly person. There was a nice bottle of rosé de Provence waiting as a welcome gift. She gave us a quick tour. She was also always available for any questions. Upon leaving, the handover of the keys was quick and efficient.

The swimming pool was not open as it was being cleaned and prepared for the summer season. Wasn't such a big deal as we preferred the sea anyway, but the kids would have been a bit happier.

We liked the space and size of the balcony as well as how friendly and easy it was to communicate with the host and staff. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for any home cooking. There was even a washing machine. We have a toddler so the apartment was ideal for her to freely move around. We had a parking space too which was brilliant because parking around the area is hard to find. We were a short 10 minute walk into the buzz of Cannes central and close to cafes, restaurants, shops and all. We were a group of 4 adults, a baby and a dog so the separate shower and the en-suite plus another separate wc helped in our day to day as we got ready to head into town or back from the beach. Wifi is great too plus the AC helped during the height of summer! To top it off there is a small junior pool and another pool on the premises so we all had a swim from time to time. We recommend the stay!
