the view is out of this world!!

Absolutely beautiful grounds. Simply paradise! Amazing views, cozy feel, flowers and comfortable seats and lounges everywhere, short walk to the seafront (not the main beach, but a quiet stony shore which is amazing for watching the sunset), short walk to restaurants and shops but quiet area. The breakfast was nice and felt luxurious and relaxed, watching the views from the table. We were here only for two days but I plan to return for a week, sometime in the future.

Beautiful accommodation. Very nice and clean rooms. Wonderful sea view, near to beach. Very friendly , helpful and warm hearted staff. Perfect holiday.

The view was beautiful and the hostess Minda was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Sardinia.

Unfortunately no view from the room, but we just used it to sleep, so it did not bother us. The relaxation areas have all the view and comfort you need!

The place itself is really beautiful, they have a large garden with so many places where you have to sit and chill. There is also amazing rooftop terrace where you can watch a sunsez and Tavolara island. The parking is secure and you can easily walk to the center of San Teodoro. We also walk to La Cinta beach.Our room was clean, but a little bit dark with only two small window (never really mind as you are the whole day out).

I chose this place, mainly because all the reviews says that is a really quiet, calm place, perfect for relax. Unfortunately nothing of this happened for us :( We were the only guests there and the rest of rooms were occupied by friends of the owners. All of them had a party both nights - to be fair it was ok the first night but the second night we were up till almost 3 a.m. because of the screaming,loud music etc. I am really sorry to write this, but it is very unprofessional to have a party like this when you also accomodate other guests. If they let me know in advance, I would happily cancel my reservation and choose something else. This whole “party experience” made us unfortunately forgot how nice this place is :(

We had a wonderful week at this place. The location itself is just gorgeous with an absolutely stunning view. We received a very warm welcoming from the owner and felt very accommodated. The place is located only some minutes foot walk away from the center of san Teodoro where you find plenty of options when it comes to the choice of restaurants. Awesome beaches along the coast are nearby as well. We would definitely recommend this place to others, specially to couples who are looking for a calm place to relax :-)

Minda, Franco and their daughter Aurora were so friendly and helpful. The Villa is so relaxing, sitting on the veranda with a garden and the sea view was great! We'd definitely want to stay here again some day. Don't forget to get tips Franco on the best enoteca, where to buy ravioli, the best beach etc. He knows all! All in all, it was a 10/10 stay!

Everything was amazing in this place! Lovely room, terrace, view and super friendly host. We liked it a lot and recommend this place to stay for a longer time.

The view and the property were just beautiful and you could see that it‘s maintained with love and care. We would definitely come back and liked our stay very much. The owner is a helpful and friendly person.

The host was so friendly! The B&B is in a great location, walking distance to the town and nearest beach! The B&B was cosy and had great views.
